| Although a plethora of carbon dots(CDs)based sensors have sprung up,hardly any work on CDs acting as fluorescent probes for detecting rifampicin(RF)and Zr4+has been reported so far.In addition,we have prepared CDs hydrogel spheres(CDs HSs)and used it as optical sensor and adsorbent to identify and remove pollutants.In this paper,We synthesized bright blue luminescent CDs to detect RF and Zr4+,and remove RF.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Blue luminescent CDs were synthesized by using citric acid,urea and ammonium fluoride as starting materials and formamide as solvent,via solvothermal method.TEM characterized that CDs were spherical nanostructures with a diameter of 8-20 nm.Fluorescence spectra showed that the maximum emission appeared at 480nm under the excitation of 400 nm.CDs had absorption peaks at 318 nm,414 nm and558 nm in the UV-vis spectrum,which are ascribed toπ-π*transition of C=C,n-π*transition of C=O and n-π*transition of C=N,respectively.FT-IR spectrum showed that C=C,C=O,C-F,C-H and N-H were the main functional groups in CDs.XPS spectra show that CDs mainly consist of C,N,O and F elements.Furthermore,CDs has good photostability,which lays a foundation for its applicaitons in fluorescent probes.(2)CDs achieved RF detection through F(?)rster resonance energy transfer(FRET)effect The merits of excellent fluorescence response,high selectivity,excellent sensitivity(LOD,0.46μM)and good anti-interference enabled CDs to successfully applied for the quantitative determination of RF in different real water samples.Furthermore,in order to integrate the advantages of hydrogel and CDs,fluorescent CDs HSs were fabricated.CDs HSs can not only be used as an optical sensor to identify RF,but also adsorb RF to achieve the purpose of RF removal.(3)CDs showed a good fluorescence response to Zr4+,with a lower detection limit(LOD,0.54μM).CDs could acted as avfluorescent probe for the detection of Zr4+. |
