In this study,C-MOF-5/Pebax-X%series membrane materials were prepared using porous carbon obtained from polyether block amide(Pebax-1657)and MOF-5 at different temperatures(400-600°C).The membrane materials were characterized by SEM,FT-IR,DSC and XRD.The thickness of all membrane materials was in the range of 40-50μm.Scanning electron microscope images show that when the filling amount is 5%,the nanoparticles in the membrane material are evenly dispersed.The specific surface area and pore size of the three C-MOF-5 carbon materials were analyzed by BET and DFT.With the increase of carbonization temperature,the specific surface area of the material gradually decreased,but the micropore basically remained at about 1 nm.The gas permeability and selectivity of the membrane were analyzed.When the filling amount of C-MOF-5-500 was5%,the CO2 permeability and CO2/N2 selectivity of the membrane material reached 170 bar and 77,respectively.Compared with pure membrane,the improvement is 88%and 51%,respectively.The improvement of the performance of C-MOF-5-500/Pebax is due to the structure of the filler.On the one hand,the partial mesopores(2-3 nm)of the cubic porous carbon provide a fast channel for the transfer of CO2,which improves to a certain extent.The permeability of CO2 was improved;on the other hand,the micropores of porous carbon enhanced the gas sieving effect.Since the porous carbon materials prepared in this experiment have abundant pore structures,and Pebax can effectively immobilize the carbon materials in the membrane,we also studied the adsorption of organic dyes on C-MOF-5-500/Pebax.The results showed that C-MOF-5-500/Pebax could rapidly adsorb methyl orange and methylene blue,and the adsorption efficiency reached 85%within 3 h.SEM and XRD showed that the morphology and structure of the membrane material did not change significantly before and after dye adsorption.The prepared membrane material has a good application prospect in gas separation and water treatment...
