In recent years,silicon chiral compounds have shown great application prospects in the development of new materials and in the research of pharmaceutical molecules,which has attracted the attention of chemists Therefore,thiazole and its derivatives have special electronic structure and photoelectric properties,and can be widely used in the field of photoelectric materials.Although the method of synthesis about benzothiazole is relatively perfect,there are few reports on Silicon-Stereogenic benzothiazole.The method conditions for the synthesis of chiral silole derivatives are relatively harsh In this paper,bis(2-(phenylethynyl)phenyl)silanes were used as template substrates to construct a mild and efficient method for the intramolecular hydrosilylation of prochiral bis(2-(phenylethynyl)phenyl)silanes by using chiral Rh catalyst system to realize one-step asymmetric synthesis of Silicon-Stereogenic benzothiazole.This research has achieved some results.It is the first time that bis(2-(phenylethynyl)phenyl)silanes can be synthesized into Silicon-Stereogenic benzothiazole with high stereoselectivity in one step.The intramolecular hydrosilylation of(2-(phenylethynyl)phenyl)silane was catalyzed by Rh and Ar-BINMOL-Phos ligand.It can construct benzothiazole with high stereoselectivity in one step,efficiently and mildly.This method has the advantages of simple operation,high yield and high selectivity(up to 80% yield,99% ee).The method of synthesis of Silicon-Stereogenic benzothiazole has been expanded,which provides a new idea for the construction of silicon-stereocenter.Through the study of asymmetric hydrosilylation of bis(2-(phenylethynyl)phenyl)silane to construct benzothiazole with silicon-stereocenter,we prepared a new type of chiral monophosphine ligand,which can be used in intramolecular asymmetric hydrosilylation.We found that Ar-BINMOL-Phos ligand has high yield and high selectivity in the process of catalytic construction of benzothiazole with silicon-stereocenter stereoselectivity.Experiments show that the chiral phosphine ligand plays a very important role in catalyzed intramolecular hydrosilylation,and it has the best stereoselectivity among the chiral phosphine ligands.
