| Maanshan City is a dual member city of Nanjing Metropolitan Circle and Hefei Metropolitan Circle.At the same time,as a resource-based city,after years of development,its comprehensive strength has been significantly enhanced,and the level of land use and benefits have been significantly improved.However,Maanshan City is also facing depletion of mineral resources and environmental pollution,and other issues.At present,Maanshan City is vigorously building a socialist ecological civilization.How land use meets the needs of urban development and ecological civilization construction,how ecological civilization construction promotes land use,and whether the two can develop in harmony has become one of the current issues that Maanshan City needs to consider seriously.In view of this,this paper constructs a suitable evaluation index system,uses comprehensive index model,coupling degree model and coupling coordination degree model to measure and analyze the coupling and coordination level of land use and ecological civilization construction in Maanshan City from 2010 to 2019,and proposes relevant countermeasures.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)From 2010 to 2019,the comprehensive land use index of Maanshan City rose from0.1240 in 2010 to 0.4299 in 2019,showing a continuous upward trend;the comprehensive index of ecological civilization construction increased from 0.1756 in 2010 to 0.2507 in2019,showing an increase in volatility trend.From 2010 to 2012,the comprehensive index of land use in Maanshan was less than the comprehensive index of ecological civilization construction;from 2013 to 2014,the relationship between the comprehensive index of land use and the comprehensive index of ecological civilization construction in Maanshan was in the game period;from 2015 to 2019,the land in Maanshan City The comprehensive index of utilization is always greater than the comprehensive index of ecological civilization construction,and the gap between the two continues to increase.It shows that the level of ecological civilization construction in Maanshan in the early stage is higher than the benefit of land use.In the mid-term,the level of the two is equal,and the level of land use in the later stage leads the level of ecological civilization construction.(2)The coupling degree of land use and ecological civilization construction in Maanshan from 2010 to 2019 is between 0.9647 and 0.9995,which has been in a good coupling stage.From 2010 to 2019,the coupling coordination degree of land use and ecological civilization construction in Maanshan City fluctuated from 0.3775 to 0.5730.From 2010 to2013,the coupling coordination degree increased slightly,and there was a decline;from2014 to 2015,the coupling coordination degree was higher than that in 2013.0.3918 rose to0.5173 in 2015,which was the fastest rising period during the study period;from 2016 to2019,the coupling coordination degree increased steadily,and reached the maximum value of 0.5730 at the end of the study period.It shows that the level of land use and the construction of ecological civilization in Maanshan City will be improved from 2010 to2019.(3)From 2010 to 2019,Maanshan City experienced four types of coupled development types of land use and ecological civilization construction,which are moderately unbalanced development of land use lagging type,moderately unbalanced development of lagging type of ecological civilization construction,low-level imbalanced development of land use lagging type,basically coordinated development of lagging type of ecological civilization construction.It shows that the coordination relationship between the land use subsystem and the ecological civilization construction subsystem in Maanshan City has gradually strengthened during the study period,from a moderately unbalanced development to a basic coordination,the mutual promotion of the two subsystems has increased,and the coupling development relationship has become more and more harmonious. |
