Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim is a plant of the genus Zanthoxylum L in the Rutaceae family.The fragrance and numb taste of Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim are important indexes to evaluate the quality of Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.At present,there is no uniform quality standard for all kinds of Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim and Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim products sold in the domestic market,which seriously restricts the improvement of Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim quality and the development of industry in China.In this study,the numb-taste component and fragrance substances in Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim were studied,the specific results are as follows :1.Hydroxy-α-Sanshool,a long-chain unsaturated amide substance,is the main numb-taste component in Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.Since hydroxy-α-sanshool and hydroxyl-β-sanshool are C-6 cis-trans isomers,it is difficult to separate them.In this study,an efficient purification method of ethanol extraction,complex chromatography and recrystallization was explored to solve the problem of difficult separation of high-purity hydroxy-α-sanshool.2.High purity xanthoxylin was obtained by methanol extraction and petroleum ether extraction combined with column chromatography and recrystallization.The stability of xanthoxylin was detected by HPLC,and the stability experiment showed that xanthoxylin had good stability within one year.In addition,the study found that the water solubility of xanthoxylin was poor,resulting in low bioavailability,which restricted the application of xanthoxylin.In order to improve the solubility of xanthoxylin,the inclusion compound of xanthoxylin cyclodextrin derivatives was prepared,and the preparation conditions were optimized the encapsulation efficiency of 83.11 %.3.A simple and short separation period route of hydroxyl-β-sanshool was optimized.The route used ethanol extraction,enrichment,purification and recrystallization four steps to obtain a large number of high-purity hydroxyl-β-sanshool,can complete the preparation of grams above hydroxyl-β-sanshool.4.Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim essential oil is often used as pesticides in folk.The essential oil of Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim was extracted by solvent-free microwave extraction and headspace solid phase microextraction,and its aroma components were analyzed by GC-MS.The fumigation activity of Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim essential oil and the eight major constituents against Tribolium Castaneum was studied.Studies have shown thatα-phellandrene and piperiton have better fumigation activity.
