Study On Risk Idengtification And Countermeasures During The Implementation Of Chemical Contaminated Site Remediation In Jiuquan Tongfu Chemical Co.,Ltd

Environmental pollution incidents occur frequently as the rapid development of China’s national strength in recent years,and the state has set up special funds to treat and remedy the polluted regional environment,so a large number of environmental protection companies have entered the ecological restoration industry to capture a piece of the growing market.However,some of them are lacking of capital fund and technical force,even some companies have no construction experience also join the competition of capturing the environmental remediation market.Many companies promoted the construction of remediation projects unplanned and blindly,even by illegal means,which resulting in occurrence of secondary pollution events frequently,delay in construction period seriously,substandard of ecological restoration quality,cost overruns and so on.In view of the problems mentioned above,risk management of contaminated site remediation project from the perspective of project risk management should be put forward.Based on relevant literature,risk identification and response in the process of risk management were studied and analyzed during the implementation of contaminated site remediation project by combining theoretical analysis with practice in this paper.The detailed measures for risk management of contaminated site remediation project were proposed,further analysis and verification the effect of risk management measures on contaminated sites were carried out by combing with the practical experience of remediation project management.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Be different with other traditional projects,contaminated site remediation project has its own engineering characteristics,which should be analyzed and studied pertinently when the risk management theory was adopted to execute risk management.(2)Risk types of contaminated site remediation projects are diverse,and different risks will be presented during the different stages of the project.In the implementation stage of the project,the risks mainly include cost risk,quality risk,technical risk and construction period risk.(3)Project risk management system should be introduced in the management of contaminated site remediation project,which will help enterprises deal with the complex domestic environment at present.
