| In terms of research on white LED phosphors, studies on the luminescence performance, preparation process, physical properties and other aspects of yellow and green phosphors have reached maturity, while the stability, luminescence efficiency and other aspects of red phosphors are insufficient. Therefore,it is of great significance to develop red fluorescent materials with high color purity, high stability and effective excitation. In this paper, the red phosphors SrCa(VO3)2 with different concentrations Eu3+/Sm3+ single doped and Eu3+,Sm3+ codoped were prepared. The effects of energy transfer and charge compensation on the luminescence performance of as-prepared phosphor were studied by different means such as emission spectra and excitation spectra. The main results are follows:1.Rare earth(Eu3+,Sm3+)doped phosphors were prepared, according with and without charge compensation and determined mole percentage of the samples. The XRD patterns were completely consistent with the standard card spectrum and the diffraction peak shifts were discussed.2.The luminescence intensity of Eu3+ in the Eu3+,Sm3+ co-doped SrCa(VO3)2 phosphors is higher than that in the Eu3+ single doped SrCa(VO3)2 phosphors.3.The emission intensity of both Eu3+(or Sm3+)single doped and Eu3+,Sm3+co-doped SrCa(VO3)2 phosphors with charge compensation was more stronger than that of the phosphors without charge compensation. |
