| Without considering low carbon,conventional power system scheduling is the minimum operating cost of power generation system,but with the development of the society and economy,the demand for the environment is becoming higher and higher.,and as one of the main sources of carbon emissions,the power industry has a major duty to reduce carbon dioxide emissions.Introducing carbon trading mechanism into conventional electric power dispatching,giving CO2 economic value and making it participate in scheduling,plays an important role in reducing carbon dioxide.In the field of low carbon power,the definition of carbon emission property right is the premise of the task of reducing the task of emission reduction.The carbon emission is only reflected in the power generation,in order to promote the low carbon emission reduction,strengthen the understanding of the carbon emission on the load side and promote the development of low carbon power,clear the new technology and mechanism of reducing the task of reducing the emission and facing the low-carbon.With the introduction of the new standard,based on the optimization of the scheduling results,it is of great significance to define the carbon emission property rights of the generation terminal and the load side.Therefore,studies the economic dispatch of electric power system and the definition of property rights of carbon emissions under the carbon trading.The full text is divided into three parts.First,it introduces the connotation,principle and initial allocation scheme of carbon trading mechanism,and expounds the operation principle of carbon capture system and its indirect capacity of wind power consumption.Secondly,the economic dispatch model of power system with wind power and carbon capture device under carbon trading is established.The model include thermal power unit,wind power and carbon capture device,with the minimum system as the target function,considering carbon trading mechanism,gives the economic value of carbon dioxide,makes it a schedulable resource.Considering the randomness of wind power,the cost of spinning reserve and output deviation of wind power is added to the total cost.In order to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed model,the improved IEEE30 node system is selected for simulation analysis.The improved particle swarm optimization(PSO)is used to solve the model because of the nonlinearity of the model.The simulation also considers the other 2 different operating modes for comparison and analysis.One is the low carbon scheduling with the target of the minimum total carbon emission Ep in the system;model two is the economic scheduling that does not consider carbon trading and carbon capture devices,with the minimum total cost of the system.The simulation results show that the proposed model takes account of the economy and low carbon property of the system.Finally,it is necessary to study the definition of carbon emission property right from the angle of reducing the responsibility of the generation and load,and put forward a calculation model which is suitable for the definition of the property right of the power system carbon emission.The model is based on the internal power system,based on the theoretical calculation method of complex power flow tracing network loss allocation and carbon flow emission,set up correlation matrix and the improved IEEE30 node system is selected for simulation,then based on the previous part dispatch result,can calculate the carbon emissions of gegeration terminals and load terminals.The definition of carbon emission property right is clear in physical concept and simple in calculation.It can be used as the basis for reducing the task of emission reduction,and can provide some reference for the development of low carbon power. |
