Compared with the traditional carbon textile reinforced concrete,the cracking strength and carbon fiber utilization rate of the prestressed carbon textile reinforced concrete can be significantly improved.Currently,there is a problem of nonuniform tension of each fiber yarn in the process of making the prestressed textile reinforced concrete material,which will result in low pre-tension on the textile grid and nonuniform precompression stress of the concrete.Therefore,solving the problem of the uniformity of the tensile force on the textile grid can effectively improve the material performance of the prestressed textile reinforced concrete.Anchorage is the key to applying tension to the textile grid.In this paper,a single-fiber anchorage has been studied,and the following research work has been completed:(1)Bond-type anchorage,twist-type anchorage,plate-type anchorage and wedgetype anchorage were developed and designed.Through the ultimate load,failure mode,load-displacement curve,etc.of the anchoring specimen under static tension,the anchoring performance of the four types of anchors is determined.Studies have shown that wedge-type anchorage are a more suitable form of anchors.(2)Use the finite element analysis software to simulate the static tensile test of the wedge-type anchorage,and the influence of the length,taper and thickness of the anchor clip on the compressive stress of the fiber yarn was studied.The influence of the length,taper and thickness of the anchor clip on the anchoring performance of the anchor is obtained.(3)Tensile tests were used to study the effects of the sand content on the fiber yarn surface,the type of fiber surface adhesive layer,and the interface performance between the clip and the anchor barrel on the anchoring performance of the wedge-type anchorage.Studies have shown that increasing the content of sticky sand can increase the interface friction coefficient and improve the coordination performance of the fiber yarn and the clip,but the fiber bundle will break at the anchor position of the specimen,which will reduce the anchoring performance;Applying graphite powder to the interface between the clip and the anchor barrel can effectively overcome the friction between the clip and the anchor barrel,increase the interface compressive stress between the fiber bundle and the clip,and improve the anchoring performance of the anchor.(4)The pre-tensioning cycle test is used to study the sliding mechanism of the clip of the clip anchor.Research shows that increasing the pre-tensioning load and the holding time can increase the compression deformation of the fiber surface adhesive layer,reduce the ratio of the clip slip to the curve failure displacement during stretching,and improve the consistency of the curve.
