Since 2013,the smog situation in most areas of China has been getting worse,which has already brought extremely bad effects on human life and the living environment of animals and plants.PM2.5 in smog was the most harmful to human health.Therefore,as a kind of dust removal equipment with a simple structure,the cyclone separator has been widely concerned and applied.This paper proposed a four-inlet cyclone separator device for electric haze removal vehicles.The electric vehicle provides energy to the induced draft fan so that air enters the cyclone separator through the air intake.Under the action of centrifugal force and gravity,the particulate matter in the air.It was captured by the dust box at the bottom of the cyclone separator to achieve the purpose of separating particles from the air,and the purified air was discharged through the exhaust pipe.The main innovations and research work of the paper are as follows:(1)The single-inlet cyclone model was established,and the characteristics of the internal flow field of the single-inlet cyclone were studied and analyzed.The results showed that the single-inlet cyclone caused the upper ash ring and short circuit due to the asymmetry of the internal flow field.Flow phenomenon,resulting in low separation efficiency of PM2.5.(2)The four-inlet cyclone model was established,and the influence of different structural parameters on the internal flow field characteristics and separation efficiency of the four-inlet cyclone was explored and obtained,which provided a basis for the structural improvement of the four-inlet cyclone.(3)The influence of exhaust pipe insertion depth,exhaust pipe diameter,inlet velocity and particulate concentration on the separation efficiency and pressure drop of the four-inlet cyclone separator was investigated by using grey correlation analysis method,which provided a theoretical basis for the performance optimization of the cyclone separator.
