| In recent years,water pollution has occurred frequently in many areas of China,which causes serious damage and loss.There are many platforms used to monitor the quality of water,but these water quality monitoring platforms still have many problems,such as focusing only on water quality monitoring and data collection,while ignoring data value mining.With the continuous development of new technologies such as cloud computing,big data,artificial intelligence and Internet of Things,intelligent detection of water pollution becomes possible.Through cooperating with a leading environmental protection enterprise,the big data of collected water quality monitoring are analyzed and processed.By constructing a platform of water quality monitoring data,the monitoring data that exceeds the standard are automatically screened out by applying big data technologies.The DE-MCMC algorithm is used to trace the source of water pollution,which timely provide support for relevant decision-making.Firstly,this paper analyzes the characteristics of water pollution accidents,studies the diffusion law of pollutants in water,and introduces the concentration diffusion formulas of pollutants in two-dimensional space and three-dimensional space.After briefly describing the principle of Bayesian method,the river pollution traceability inversion algorithm based on the Markov Monte Carlo(MCMC)method is introduced,and the steps and implementation process of the inversion algorithm are described in detail.The big data of monitored water quality is automatically collected by sensors deployed in the field and uploaded to the water quality monitoring big data platform deployed on Tencent Cloud through 4G networks.Then the platform analyzes the water quality data,warns pollution information,and pushes the warn information through We Chat.For the data of water pollution(exceeding the standard),the location of the relevant water positions are determined by using a map software.By using the two-dimensional hydrodynamic pollution diffusion equation,combined with MCMC inversion traceability model and DE optimization algorithm,the hydrological water quality parameters related to the water areas are substituted into the two-dimensional water pollution concentration diffusion equation according to the change trend of pollution index concentration.Through DE-MCMC method,the information of the first appearance of pollution index is obtained,such as time,space point and pollution intensity,and then the source of water pollution is analyzed.Comparing the inversion results with the real pollution situation,the feasibility of DE-MCMC method is verified. |
