In recent years,with the succession evolution of China’s industrial progress,social economy has been greatly improved,at the same time,the output of industrial solid waste is increasing.In order to actively respond to the national environmental protection policy and absorb a large amount of industrial solidwaste,scholars have found that the effective measure to solve these industrial solid waste is to use it in the production of concrete.In this thesis,a new material—solid waste cementitlous material is used instead of cement to prepare concrete.According to the educational practice base project of the College of Life Sciences of Hebei University of Engineering,the project adopts shotcrete technology,which requires high concrete slump.Therefore,this article is based on the preparation of all-solid waste cementitious material concrete,combined with a uniform design method,and spray-solidified The mix ratio design of waste cementitious material concrete is followed by linear regression analysis to obtain the best mix ratio and apply it to the project.According to the requirements of the project,the factors such as water-bimder ratio,cement-sand ratio,fly ash content and sand typed are analyzed,and the main factors that affect the slump and compressive strength of the shotcrete based waste cementitious materials are selected,the range of water-binder ratio is 0.36 ~ 0.44,the renge of binder-sand ratio is 0.24 ~ 0.32,and the range of fly ash content is 0% ~16%.The uniform design method was used to design the mixing ratio of the shotcrete based on solid waste,and the test data were processed with SPSS analysis softwarer,the influence law and regression equation of each factor on the slump and compressive strength of concreted are obtained,and a group of mixture ratio which has good performance and meets the construction requirement is determined.The splitting tensile test of the sprayed solid waste cementitious material concrete test block was carried out to study the difference between the growth rate of concrete strength and the general concrete law.The effects of temperature and humidity on the compressive strength of shotcrrete at different ages were studied unde different temperatures and curing conditions.
