| As an important chemical raw material,acetophenone is widely used in the manufacture of perfume,resin,medicine,alcohol,aldehyde and other compounds.In this paper,four catalysts(GO-S-Pd,SBA-15-S-Pd,GO-B-Pd,SBA-15-B-Pd)were designed and prepared,which can oxidize styrene to acetophenone with high conversion in heterogeneous catalytic oxidation system.The main research directions include the following aspects:1.Four kinds of supported catalysts using GO and SBA-15 as carriers were synthesized.By means of FT-IR,XRD,XPS and SEM,it is proved that the structure of these four catalysts has good stability and can effectively prevent the formation of palladium black.2.The catalytic performance of four loaded catalysts was studied using the oxidation of styrene to acetophenone as the reaction template.Under the optimized process conditions,acetophenone was produced with 100% conversion of styrene catalyzed by the four catalysts.The selectivity and yield of acetophenone catalyzed by GO-S-Pd,SBA-15-S-Pd,GO-B-Pd and SBA-15-B-Pd were 72.6%,74.3%,75.5%,76.2%,respectively.Moreover,the four catalysts have good recycling performance,and the catalytic activity of the catalysts are not obviously reduced after being repeatedly used for 5 times.3.The catalytic reaction mechanism of SBA-15-B-Pd was explored through thermal filtration experiment,kinetic study and online infrared test.Finally,the conclusion was drawn that SBA-15-B-Pd catalyst catalyzed Wacker reaction is a heterogeneous catalytic oxidation reaction at the interface. |
