White light-emitting diodes(WLEDs)are known as the next generation of green light sources and are widely used in lighting and backlight displays.Red phosphor is a key material to adjust the color temperature and improve the color rendering index and color gamut of the light source.Mn4+doped fluoride/oxyfluoride phosphors have become one of the most concerned red phosphors due to their wide excitation wavelength, narrow emission wavelength, and no rare earths. In this paper, according to the requirements of white LEDs for red phosphors,Mn4+activated fluoride and oxyfluoride red phosphors were synthesized by using the method of co-precipitation.Its structure, morphology, and luminescence properties have been studied. And its application potential in LED light source devices has been studied. The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)K2SiF6:Mn4+red phosphor was prepared by a one-step green(no HF)co-precipitation method. Its phase structure, morphology and spectral properties were characterized by XRD,SEM,UV-vis.The effects of solvent types on the phase structure, morphology and luminescence properties of phosphors were studied. The relationship between pH,the molar ratio of H2SiF6:K2Mn F6 and other conditions and the luminescence performance of the phosphor was studied. Finally, the prepared K2SiF6:Mn4+red phosphor is matched with the yellow phosphor Y3Al5O12:Ce3+(YAG:Ce)and the blue In Ga N LED chip to obtain a low color temperature(CCT=4095 K)and high color rendering index(CRI,Ra=87)white light emitting diode(WLED).The research results show that the prepared K2SiF6:Mn4+has potential value in WLED lighting and display light source applications(2)Mn4+-activated perovskite-structured ANa WO2F4(A=Li,Na,K)red phosphors were successfully prepared by a facile co-precipitation method. The phase of the sample was analyzed. The morphology of the phosphor was studied and the luminous intensity was optimized. The relationship between the structure of ANa WO2F4(A=Li,Na,K)red phosphor and its photoluminescence performance is discussed.Use the red phosphor in this experiment to match the standard blue and green phosphors to calculate the display color gamut. This work also provides a reference for the exploration and optimization of Mn4+activated perovskite-structured red phosphors.
