In recent years,with the rapid development of new urbanization,modernization and new industrialization,the eutrophication of lakes,reservoirs and bays has become increasingly serious.The main reason of water eutrophication is that a large number of plants and algae grow and propagate in the water.In this process,a large number of nutrient elements and minerals are produced,which destroy the natural ecological balance of the original water environment.The outbreak of cyanobacterial bloom is the main manifestation.Therefore,it is very important to develop a more economical,efficient and no secondary pollution biological algae control technology,which has a very broad research prospect and practical value,and is conducive to the improvement of Engineering Technology in the treatment of eutrophic water in China to a new level.But at present,the international research on algae mainly focuses on the construction of submerged macrophyte based system and the related algae killing and control technology.There are no good research results on the cooperation and competition between microorganisms and algae,and the technology of controlling algae by using this relationship.In this study,the microbial community in water body was taken as the research object.In addition to the indoor control experiment and outdoor in-situ experiment,the activator with appropriate concentration gradient was added to the experimental water body to activate the indigenous microbial community,and the response mechanism of activator on water body de eutrophication,algae inhibition and submerged plant recovery was studied,which provided reference for urban eutrophic landscape water body treatment At the same time,it provides scientific theoretical basis and data basis for the promotion and practical application of microbial algae control technology.In this paper,based on the research on the application of immobilized microbial catalyst in water pollution control and submerged plant restoration,through laboratory experiments and Simulation of aquatic ecosystem,the inhibition effect of microbial catalyst on algae growth and the synergistic effect on submerged plant restoration were studied,and the outdoor in-situ experiments were carried out in the landscape water of Lotus Villa community park,which is beneficial to the ecological environment.The changes of chlorophyll content,nitrogen,phosphorus and other water quality indicators,as well as the number of microbial communities and species in the water body were monitored by microbial activation engineering technology,and the comprehensive treatment effect of algae eutrophic water body by microbial activation engineering technology was preliminarily discussed.The conclusions are as follows:(1)In the laboratory,the inhibitory effect of immobilized microbial catalyst on algae growth was studied by simulating aquatic ecosystem,and the changes of algae cell density and various indicators of water body were monitored.The results showed that when the initial cell density of Microcystis aeruginosa was the same,the density of Microcystis aeruginosa decreased with the increase of microbial catalyst concentration,indicating that the removal rate of Microcystis aeruginosa by immobilized microbial catalyst increased with the increase of catalyst concentration,and the contents of total nitrogen,total phosphorus and ammonia nitrogen in water decreased to a certain extent.It can be inferred that the high efficiency of microbial catalyst in inhibiting algae may be caused by the different growth rules of microorganisms and algae cells in the catalyst,and the mutual competition of nutrients between them in the growth process.(2)In the laboratory,the effects of immobilized microbial catalysts on the restoration of submerged plants were studied by simulating aquatic ecosystem.The results showed that the immobilized microbial catalyst had a significant effect on the restoration of bitter grass.The catalyst concentration was 0.03% to 0.05% and the growth and water quality of Vallisneria was the best,and to some extent,the total nitrogen and total phosphorus in water were reduced.The immobilized microbial catalyst can effectively promote the growth of submerged plants and improve the transparency of water body.It can be used in the ecological restoration of eutrophic water body or the ecological treatment project after the completion of sewage interceptor,and has good results.(3)The results show that the chlorophyll,total nitrogen,ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus in the pond are all decreased to different degrees after adding immobilized microbial catalyst,and the removal rate reaches 81.59%,85.83%,53.27% and 95.80%respectively.The addition of microbial catalyst can remove algae in water,effectively inhibit the formation and development of algal bloom,increase the transparency of water body and improve the water quality.
