| A method for the determination of endocrine disruptors by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)with solid-phase extraction(Spe)and derivatization was developed.Ethinylestradiol, bisphenol A,Estradiol, estriol and estrone were selected as the representative endocrine disruptors.A,B,C and D plants with different treatment processes in Shanghai were analyzed, water samples were collected and tested for their influent, effluent from biochemical tank structures and effluent, and the routine treatment and derivation conditions were optimized, the detection rates of BPA,E1,EE2,E2,E2 and E3 were 100%,90%,82.5% and 45%,respectively,and the recoveries of five substances were 77.19% ー 115.82% The concentration range of the five substances was ND ~ 352.788 ng/l for bisphenol A,ND ~ 74.948 ng/l for E1 and ND ~ 16.7419 ng/l for estradiol(e 2),and the concentration range of the five substances was ND ~352.788 Ng/l for Sewage Treatment, the concentration of estriol ranged from ND ~ 197.4684 Ng/l,the concentration of ethinyl estradiol ranged from ND ~ 33.112 Ng/l,the concentration of E3 in effluent was83.719 Ng/l,and the elimination rate of Sewage Treatment E3 was 91.25%,respectively The removal rates of BPA and EE2 were 95.35% and 89.78% for Sewage Treatment c,91.98%,45.33% for estrone,and55.25% for EE2 at d wastewater treatment plant, respectively.None of the unstated effluent was detected. The results show that the OD process is more stable than the other three processes. The estrogenic activity and health risk of four water treatment plants were evaluated. The estrogenic activity of four water treatment plants showed a decreasing trend. The decreasing extent of the estrogenic activity of a water treatment plant was smaller, and the endocrine disrupting effect of its effluent was higher than that of the other three water treatment plants, the health risk HQ exposure values of four water treatment plants were D>C>B>A,except for plant A<1,the other three water treatment plants had certain non-carcinogenic health risk. |
