| The static and dynamic thermal behavior of the fixed joint interface of machine tool foundation parts has an important influence on the related performance of machine tool foundation parts and even the whole machine.Basalt fiber resin concrete is considered to be one of the new materials which can improve the performance of machine tool foundation parts.Most machine tool foundation parts designed and manufactured with this material have BFPC fixed joint surface.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the performance of BFPC fixed joint surface and its application in the basic parts of machine tools.In this paper,the thermal and thermodynamic coupling characteristics and applications of the BFPC fixed joint surface are explored.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:BFPC specimen fixed joint interface with design and manufacture of surface thermal characteristics parameter measurement device and the corresponding specimen,through the experiment research methods BFPC fixation combined with the pre-load and surface roughness of the influence law of its thermal characteristic parameters,and establish the corresponding neural network forecasting model,thermal and mechanical properties analysis provides the basis for subsequent joint surface.According to the virtual material method,the thermal and mechanical property parameter models of the BFPC fixed joint surface were established.The thermal characteristic parameter model of the BFPC fixed joint was verified by using the finite element simulation analysis method and experimental research method.Taking a gantry frame assembly of a numerical control machine tool as an example,the simulation analysis method of thermal and thermodynamic coupling characteristics of the machine foundation component considering BFPC fixed joint surface based on virtual material method was studied,and the influence law of BFPC fixed joint surface on the corresponding performance of the machine tool was studied by this method.The results show that the thermal and thermodynamic coupling characteristics of the BFPC machine tool foundation can be reduced by fixing the joint surface,but even so,the thermal and thermodynamic coupling characteristics of the BFPC machine tool foundation are still higher than those of the traditional cast iron machine tool foundation.In order to realize the identification and prediction of the thermal characteristics of the BFPC fixed joint surface,the research results of this paper take the BFPC fixed joint surface effect into account to analyze the thermal mechanical properties of the machine tool foundation and even the whole machine,Then,the advantages of the BFPC machine tool base parts in improving the performance of the machine tool are evaluated more accurately,and the theoretical and technical support is provided for the dynamic optimization design and manufacturing of the BFPC machine tool base parts.The paper has 70 pictures,14 tables,and 72 references. |
