In recent years,in order to alleviate the air pollution caused by coal heating in winter,clean heating projects have been carried out in the cold regions of north China.The modes of "coal to gas" and "coal to electricity" have been widely adopted,but there are "four difficulties" and "three worries".Based on the strategic development needs of "carbon peak" and "carbon neutral",green and low-carbon heating is the inevitable development trend of heating in the future.Therefore,based on the actual situation of rural areas in cold regions of north China,this paper puts forward a kind of wind-electric coupling permanent magnet eddy current heating system which conforms to green and low-carbon heating,and analyzes the feasibility of applying this system to rural heating in cold regions in winter.The mathematical model of thermal efficiency of the wind-electric coupling permanent magnet eddy current heating unit was established.The main factors affecting the thermal efficiency of the permanent magnet eddy current heating unit were analyzed,such as the rotating speed of the rotor disk,the characteristics of the heating material,the physical characteristics of the permanent magnet,the arrangement of the magnetic pole array and the spacing of the air gap between the permanent magnet and the stator disk.For the first time,the linear Halback double ring arrangement was adopted as the magnetic pole array of permanent magnets,and the permanent magnet eddy current heating device was jointly developed with Siping Xueyuan Magneto-Thermal Equipment Co.,LTD.,and the heating experiments were carried out.The temperature variation of working medium with time was measured under different rotor speeds of heating device,and the relationship between temperature rise of working medium △T and time T was analyzed.The heating power and thermal efficiency of the heating device are calculated through the test data,which provides data support for the simulation of the heating device.Using the simulation software Ansys for simulating test rig,and Maxwell speed by changing rotor and magnetic pole array and the width of air gap between the stator plate for the analysis of heating device inside the magnetic induction intensity,current density,the change of the eddy current loss situation,found that factors affecting the structure of the heating efficiency,and analysis of the optimization way of heating device.The wind-electric coupling permanent magnet eddy current heating system was constructed,and the wind conveying system matching its power was established according to the heating device used in the test.Combined with practical cases,the economic advantages and disadvantages of electric heating and wind-electric coupling permanent magnet eddy current heating are analyzed,which provides a new direction for winter heating in cold rural areas.
