Study On Evaluation Of Happy River In Jiangsu Plain River Network Area

With the construction of "Happy River" proposed by president Xi Jinping in 2019,The construction of happy river treatment has been carried out throughout the country.It is of great significance to study the evaluation index system and evaluation methods of happy river.The research contents and main results of this paper are as follows:（1）This paper comprehensively combs and analyzes the connotation and definition of Happy River,and combs and summarizes the relevant theories and technologies of Happy river construction,such as river ecological restoration,comprehensive improvement technology of water environment,water system connectivity,river management and river evaluation methods,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the construction of Happy River evaluation system and construction measures below.（2）Based on the existing research results of Happy River evaluation system and combined with the characteristics of Jiangsu plain river network,this paper explores the construction of happy River evaluation index system in plain river network area from the three aspects of engineering construction,engineering management and protection and public satisfaction.The index system is composed of three first-class indicators,14 second-class indicators and 29 third-class indicators,including engineering construction,engineering management and protection and public satisfaction.Aiming at the index system proposed in this paper,a model combining analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is constructed.（3）On this basis,using Visual Basic6.0 programming language,the development of plain river network area happy river evaluation system,more intuitive display of Jiangsu plain river network area river evaluation system index composition,index weight,index membership degree,high efficiency calculation,get the comprehensive evaluation results of the evaluation system.（4）Using the evaluation index system and evaluation method of Happy River in plain river network area proposed in this paper,52 river channels are selected as model river channels of Happy River,and the selected 20 model river channels are for local river construction departments to learn and imitate.The Happy River is comprehensively evaluated for Changshu haiyangjing river channel and nanjishanwei river network in Qiandeng Town,Kunshan.According to the evaluation results,it can be seen that the haiyangjing River and nanjishanwei river network have not reached the construction standard of Happy river.Aiming at the problems of water safety,water environment and water ecology,this paper puts forward improvement measures such as river ecological restoration,diversion and clean water dispatching,water system connection and so on.Through the discussion of plain river network area,the results obtained in this paper can provide some reference for the construction and evaluation of Happy River in plain river network area in the future.
