| To better show the mechanical properties of natural fiber reinforced concrete,at the same time meet the green circular economy and energy conservation,environmental protection and other social needs,in this paper,theoretical analysis of fiber reinforced concrete is first,and then through the sisal fiber and jute fiber and bamboo fiber with different volume content added to the concrete respectively,the basic mechanical properties test and analysis results,get the best fiber content,Then,the reinforcement effect of natural fiber is comprehensively analyzed by mixing natural fiber concrete test and drop hammer impact test.The compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and flexural strength of plain concrete are 35.6MPa,3.04MPa and 4.09MPa respectively.The compressive strength of concrete is not increased greatly when natural fiber is mixed with natural fiber,but the splitting tensile strength and flexural strength of concrete are enhanced effectively.Compared with plain concrete,when the content of sisal fiber,jute fiber and bamboo fiber is 0.45%,1.8%and 1.0%,respectively,the compressive strength reaches the maximum value,which is 36.5MPa,36.3MPa and 36.0MPa,respectively.Meanwhile,the splitting tensile strength and flexural strength increase the most.Sisal fiber concrete was 3.62MPa and 4.69MPa,jute fiber concrete was 3.58MPa and 4.77MPa,bamboo fiber concrete was 3.53MPa and 4.72MPa,respectively.At the same time,when the sisal jute bamboo fiber concrete is mixed,the test effect is the best,its compressive strength is 36.9mpa,3.65%higher than plain concrete,its splitting tensile strength and flexural strength are 3.83mpa and 4.98mpa,respectively,increased by 25.99%and 21.76%.According to the drop hammer impact test,plain concrete has poor impact resistance,and the number of initial crack and failure is close to that of brittle failure.The impact resistance of sisal fiber concrete was the best.Compared with plain concrete,the impact resistance of sisal fiber concrete increased by 111.9%and 147.9%respectively.The impact resistance energy difference of its failure and initial crack is 8.5 times that of plain concrete.The initial crack resistance times of jute fiber concrete and bamboo fiber concrete increased by 91.0%and 74.6%,and the failure resistance times of jute fiber concrete and bamboo fiber concrete increased by 118.3%and 95.8%,respectively.The difference of failure and initial crack resistance energy was 6.7 times and 5.5 times of plain concrete,respectively.The natural fiber plays a strengthening and toughening role in the concrete matrix,which further enhances the impact toughness of concrete.Figure 54 Table 12 Reference 73... |
