| Biogas residue,from anaerobic fermentation with enrichment of nutrients,can promote the growth and development of plants and improve their disease resistance.However,at present,there are still some problems in the direct application of biogas residue,such as low utilization rate,low additional value of products and limited way of resource utilization.With the promotion of national policies and the general improvement of farmers’awareness,more and more attentions were paid to the high-value utilization of biogas residue and the sustainable development of agriculture.Therefore,it is an effective way to realize the economic and resource-based development of agricultural solid waste through the rational development and utilization of biogas residue.Bacillus ameyloliquefaciens and Trichoderma are the common rhizosphere growth promoting microbes widely used currently,both of them have the characteristics of promoting crop growth,increasing crop yield and preventing soil borne diseases.In this study,the biogas residue bio-organic fertilizer was developed by acidolysis amino acids and compost biogas residue organic fertilizer;the biogas residue bio matrix was developed by adding beneficial microbes to compounding biogas residue,mushroom residue and other materials,and the promoting effect of the product on crops was verified by pot experiment,and the formula of biogas residue bio organic fertilizer and biogas residue bio matrix was explored.The following results were obtained:1.Pre-fermentation is carried out by mixing acid digested amino acids with decomposed biogas residue organic fertilizer.After the pH rises,Bacillus amyloliquefaciens SQR9 is added for secondary fermentation to produce biogas bio-fertilizer products rich in functional microorganisms and free amino acids.That is,add 0.05mL g-1,0.10mL g-1,0.14mL g-1,0.17mL g-1,0.20mL g-1,0.23mL g-1,0.30mL g-1 of different concentration gradient acidolyzed amino acid to the decomposed biogas residue After composting at room temperature until the pH rises to 5-6,inoculate the Bacillus amyloliquefaciens SQR9 bacterial solution with a concentration of 1×109 CFU·mL-1 at the rate of 0.05mL g-1 for secondary fermentation.The developed organisms conform to the bio-organic fertilizer industry standard(NY525-2012).Solid fermentation shows that the addition of acid-hydrolyzed amino acids can affect the number of growth-promoting functional bacteria in the fertilizer and fertilizer nutrients.The input amount of 0.2mL g-1 of acid-hydrolyzed amino acid solution is the optimal concentration for the growth of functional bacteria SQR9.Taking the greenhouse growth promotion experiment of cucumber as an example,the plant height and stem thickness of the input amount can reach 20.30 cm and 3.78 mm,which are significantly higher than 0.05mL g-1,0.10mL g-1,0.14mL g-1,0.17mL g-1,0.23mL g-1,0.30mL g-1 input cucumber seedling height and stem thickness.This shows that the input amount of the acidolyzed amino acid can effectively increase the number of viable bacteria,strengthen the organic fertilizer promotion effect,reduce the production cost,and increase the added value of the product.Biogas bio-organic fertilizer can improve the utilization rate of waste biogas residues,and solve the problem of difficult utilization of biogas residues.The addition of acidolytic amino acids makes biogas bio-organic fertilizers improve the utilization rate of waste biogas residues and at the same time solve the problem of dead animals Provides support and reduces environmental pollution.2.Use biogas residue,mushroom residue,vermiculite and perlite,adding equal concentration(1×109 CFUmL-1)and different functional bacteria(Bacillus ameyloliquefaciens SQR9 and Trichoderma NJAU 4742)accord to different proportion(volume ratio)of raw materials to develop biogas residue biological matrix products.Through the determination of water content,conductivity,pH and germination rate(GI)of the composite matrix,the optimal composite material,the optimal composite proportion and the optimal biological function bacteria were screened and optimized.In accordance with the standard of physical and chemical properties of common substrate,the compound substrate with 50%of biogas residue has the most significant effect on the growth of cucumber seedlings;the biogas residue biological substrate with the same amount of different functional agents can further promote the growth of cucumber seedlings.The results show that the optimal ratio of biogas residue,mushroom residue,vermiculite and perlite is 5:3:1:1.The biogas residue biomatrix developed by adding equal amounts of different functional bacteria agents has an average germination rate higher than that of biogas residue biomatrix made without adding functional bacteria agents,and taking the greenhouse growth promotion effect of cucumber as an example,the addition of functional bacteria agents is less The average height of cucumber seedlings with functional inoculants was 4.4cm,the average fresh weight was 0.5g,and the average stem height was 0.13 mm.Among them,adding strain SQR9 was more prominent in promoting the growth of cucumber seedlings than adding Trichoderma NJAU4742,Trichoderma NJAU4742 and SQR9,which reflected in the growth morphology and biomass of cucumber seedlings.In conclusion,the biogas residue-based bio-organic fertilizer has the advantages of low production cost,good growth promoting effect,and can be widely used in economic crop planting;the bio matrix has the advantages of good growth promoting effect and multiple application materials.Through the development of bio organic fertilizer and bio base of biogas residue,the feasibility of producing commercial bio organic fertilizer by aerobic fermentation of biogas residue and the feasibility of producing commercial bio matrix by mixing biogas residue with different substances were verified.Through the development of biogas residue bio organic fertilizer and biogas residue bio matrix,it can provide alternative approaches for the high-quality utilization of agricultural waste biogas residue. |
