| Boehmite is an inorganic material with large specific surface area, large pore volume and rich pore structure.Boehmite is a common and very important precursor for preparing alumina.Alumina has the advantages of large specific surface area and rich pore structure, and has been widely used in many fields such as adsorption and catalysis. As that alumina with large pore and large specific surface area is apply to the preparation of catalyst or adsorbent,Including impregnation, precipitation or peptization, the stability of macroporous and large specific surface area alumina in different pH solutions has a very important impact on the preparation of catalysts or adsorbents. However, there is no systematic study on the stability of macroporous and large specific surface area alumina in different pH solutions. In this paper, boehmite was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method, and boehmite with large pore and large specific surface area was prepared. The boehmite was roasted at different temperatures to obtain different crystal forms of alumina, and the alumina was treated in acid-base solutions with different pH values to explore the acid-base solution resistance of different crystal forms of alumina.Boehmite and alumina obtained at roasting temperature lower than 700℃ will dissolve in alkali solution with pH为 14.00.With the increase of roasting temperature, the acid and alkali resistance of the obtained alumina gradually increases. When the roasting temperature reaches above 1000℃,the acid and alkali resistance of the obtained alumina is very strong. |
