In the context of my country’s "carbon peak" and "carbon neutral" energy utilization,the demand for lithium-ion batteries will increase exponentially.At present,graphite anode materials for commercial lithium-ion batteries have many shortcomings Biomass bamboo carbon materials have many advantages.The article will conduct research on the pyrolysis process of bamboo,the physical and chemical properties of bamboo charcoal,and the characteristics of bamboo charcoal to prepare negative electrode materials.Characterization,pyrolysis kinetics,and electrochemical performance are tested to realize the whole process analysis from bamboo to anode material,which provides a reference for the electrochemical utilization of biomass bamboo.First,select 2-3 year-old moso bamboo materials in the southern region,and conduct thermogravimetric analysis at three different heating rates of 10/20/30 ℃/min.Analyzed the four stages of pyrolysis,and performed kinetic analysis on the pyrolysis process at 20 ℃/min using integral and differential methods to obtain the pyrolysis characteristics of bamboo.Secondly,bamboo charcoal was prepared at 600 ℃,700 ℃,800 ℃,900 ℃,and1000 ℃,and the bamboo was activated by alkaline immersion in KOH before making bamboo charcoal.Combining industrial analysis,carbon yield,SEM,XRD,Raman,FT-IR,and pore structure to analyze bamboo charcoal,Get the material properties of bamboo charcoal.Finally,five groups of bamboo charcoals were used to prepare lithium-ion battery anode material coatings,The electrochemical performance of the battery is the best when bamboo charcoal is used as the anode material coating at 800 ℃.Voltammetry and AC impedance analysis show good electrochemical performance in all aspects,and the specific capacity has reached 200 m Ah/g.The current research work has opened up a feasible route for the preparation of lowcost,high-electrochemical performance bamboo-carbon-based composite materials,and provided a reference for the electrochemical utilization of biomass bamboo.Figure 30;Table 10;Reference 66...
