Waterproof coatings have a large number of applications in construction,infrastructure and the industry,and are a very important material.With the continuous development of the country,new requirements have been put forward for waterproof coatings,especially the traditional asphalt-based waterproof coatings need to be improved.Because graphene oxide has a unique chemical structure,it is often incorporated into the polymer matrix as a nanometer to improve the performance of the polymer matrix.Resin paint slag is a kind of organic solid waste,and random disposal will cause serious pollution of the environment,so the recycling of paint slag is of great significance.In this thesis,graphene oxide is used as nano-filler,resin lacquer residue is used as organic filler,and elastic emulsion is used as a toughening modifier to compound traditional asphalt-based waterproof coatings.First,prepare graphene oxide dispersion,modify the base asphalt with graphene oxide dispersion,and prepare modified asphalt emulsion.Using modified asphalt emulsion as the base material,the traditional asphalt base is modified by adding organic resin lacquer residue and elastic emulsion.The waterproof coating is modified,and the main conclusions are as following:(1)Preparation of graphene oxide aqueous dispersion: use water as the dispersion medium and polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)as the dispersant to prepare a stable graphene oxide dispersion by the ultrasonic preparation method.The best preparation conditions for obtaining aqueous graphene oxide dispersion are based on monolayer graphene oxide as raw material,the initial concentration is 20 mg/m L,the Cpvp is 5 mg/m L,the ultrasonic time is 8 hours,and the concentration of the obtained graphene oxide dispersion is 4.43 mg/m L.(2)Preparation of modified asphalt emulsion: use GO dispersion as modifier to modify90# base asphalt to obtain GO modified asphalt,and then formulate the modified asphalt with emulsifier to prepare an emulsion.For modified graphene oxide asphalt emulsion,the cross-experiment of orthogonal test is used to determine the best preparation plan for emulsified asphalt: Emulsifier ratio 6:4,dosage 3.0%,asphalt temperature 140℃,The amount of stabilizer is 0.8%.(3)Preparation of modified asphalt waterproof coating: two elastic emulsion is used as toughening modifiers.Resin paint residue is used as organic filler,and modified graphene oxide emulsion is used as a base material to prepare modified asphalt waterproof coatings.The results show that when the prepared TX-5169/7026 G emulsion ratio is 2:8,the composite modified GO asphalt waterproof coating meets the requirements of JC/T 408-2005 "Water Emulsion Asphalt Waterproof Coatings",and alkali,water and heat treatment Later,the performance of the coating is still excellent,which is related to the excellent performance of TX-5169/7026 G emulsion itself.It is known that the addition of paint residue modified bitumen waterproof coating has not significantly increased the viscosity of the waterproof coating,has no effect on the scratch coating construction,and can effectively reduce the generation of pores and improve the construction quality of the waterproof coating film.The addition of paint residue slightly improves the thermal stability of the waterproof coating film,but it is not obvious.It can be seen from the infrared spectrum that the modification process of paint slag on the waterproof coating is a physical modification,and no new absorption peak is generated.The preparation of lacquer residue/TX-5169/7026 G composite modified GO asphalt waterproof coating found that when the amount of lacquer residue is 18.2%,the amount of TX-5169 is 8%,and the amount of 7026 G is 32%,the prepared waterproof coating meets JC/T According to the index of 864-2008 "Polymer Emulsion Waterproof Coating for Building",the heat resistance,alkali resistance,adhesiveness,flexibility and solid content of the modified coating have been greatly improved,and the waterproofing has been improved to the greatest extent.Coating performance.
