| Metal organic frameworks(MOF)not only have the characteristics of high porosity, large specific surface area and low density of conventional porous materials, but also have good interfacial compatibility with polymers, which can be used as excellent membrane modified particles. In this project, the nano composite membrane based on MOF material CAU-1(Al4(OH)2(OCH3)4(H2N-BDC)3·x H2O)was prepared by in-situ mixing and interfacial polymerization. The main research is as follows:1)MOF-CAU-1 nanoparticles with different sizes were prepared by solvothermal method using AlCl3·6H2O as metal ion,2-Aminoterephthalic acid(NH2-BDC)as organic ligand and methanol(CH3OH)as solvent. The results show that the deprotonation rate of organic ligands can be affected by changing the proportion of solvent in the preparation process, and the CAU-1 particles with different average particle sizes(300,400 and 800 nm)can be synthesized.2)PPSU/CAU-1 mixed matrix membrane was prepared by immersion precipitation phase inversion technology using poly phenylene sulfone(PPSU)as the base membrane material, polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)as the porogen,N-methyl pyrrolidone(NMP)as the solvent and CAU-1 as the filler. The results showed that when the dosage of CAU-1 was 1.0wt.%,the pure water flux of CAU-1/PPSU was the highest, reaching 47.9 L·m-2·h-1.Compared with pure PPSU membrane, the membrane has 23%higher rejection rate and better anti fouling performance.3)Nano composite membranes were successfully prepared by interfacial polymerization with PPSU as support layer. The effect of particle size of CAU-1 on the properties of composite membranes were discussed. The results show that the low charge and small particle size CAU-1(300 nm)composite membrane has better separation performance.Compared with original composite membrane, the flux of CAU-1(300 nm)composite membrane increases by 40%under the condition of maintaining the retention rate unchanged.Figure 35;Table 9;Reference 111. |
