Analysis And Research Of Chemical Product Storage Data Based On Deep Learning

The storage characteristics of chemical products,especially those of pharmaceutical and mechanical chemical products,are short storage time and easy to be affected by the surrounding environment.It can cause oxidation or failure of the product for various reasons.The purpose of this paper is to obtain the storage temperature and humidity information of chemical products such as cold storage areas,shaded areas,and normal temperature areas of major pharmaceutical units in Huai’an city(pharmacies,hospitals,medical clinics)by temperature and humidity sensor equipment,and then to predict the storage temperature and humidity information of chemical products based on deep learning algorithm.On the basis of the remote monitoring and management system of four products and one device,a temperature and humidity warning system was developed for the storage of pharmaceutical products of medicinal equipment.It is of practical significance to strengthen the quality supervision of pharmaceutical and chemical products by quickly predicting and responding accordingly before the alarm to avoid losses as much as possible.For the storage quality control of pharmaceutical and mechanical chemical products,this paper takes the major pharmaceutical units in Huai’an City as the research subject.After analyzing and studying various deep learning algorithms,a method of temperature and humidity prediction of pharmaceutical and mechanical chemical products storage based on the improved 2DCNN-biGRU neural network architecture is proposed.Add a classification warning module on the basis of the remote monitoring and management system of four products and one device to complete the development of the temperature and humidity warning system for the storage of pharmaceutical and chemical products,so as to realize the temperature and humidity of the storage of pharmaceutical and chemical products.then give early warning to the drug-related units that do not meet the requirements.
