Air pollution has become a serious public health problem for many cities around the world.The transport mode of air pollutants and the causes of air pollution in a certain area have also become research hotspots for scholars in various disciplines.Atmospheric sciences use complex atmospheric transport and dispersion models to conduct extensive research on air pollution problems.Such research results lack spatio-temporal information and cannot provide governance decisions with time-and space-specific governance.Visual analysis combines graphics,data mining,and Human-computer interaction to help users interact with interactive visual interfaces,intuitively and efficiently dig out the information that users want from large-scale data.During the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period,the state further improved the coverage of the environmental air quality monitoring network,provided technical support for researchers to clarify the characteristics of environmental air quality and urban pollutant transportation in China.However,the multi-dimensionality,temporal and spatial nature,and large scale of environmental data have brought challenges to find the causes of air pollution and atmospheric pollutant transport modes.In this thesis,we present a method that can effectively find the causes of air pollutant and the transport mode of air pollutants in the target city,and visualization technology is also introduced to conduct multi-angle analysis.This thesis mainle does the following research work.1.The hourly IAQI values is calculated based on the air quality monitoring data,the value of AQI is obtained from the biggest IAQI among each atmospheric pollutant,and analyze the primary pollutants and pollution levels in various regions of Chongqing.2.Inspired by HYSPLIT,an air pollution propagation model is presented to simulate the movement of air pollutants with air parcels.3.The source of air pollutants in Chongqing is detected through the backward trajectory of the air mass.At the same time,the FP-growth algorithm is used to mine the transmission mode of air pollutants and find frequent pollution sources.4.Design and develop an interactive visual analysis system.Through appropriate visualization charts,rich multi-view interactive technology,overview+detail and other exploration and analysis functions,it helps users quickly and accurately find pollution sources.
