Autoclaved aerated concrete slab wall(AAC slab wall for short)is a new type of wall structure.It is a load-bearing wall assembled by autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with special reinforcement design and processing.AAC slab wall has the advantages of good heat insulation,sound insulation,convenient construction,economic and energy saving,And it can solve many problems in traditional autoclaved aerated concrete block wall,such as incomplete vertical mortar joint,poor seismic capacity,weak structural integrity and so on.However,there are few studies on the performance of AAC slab wall.In order to promote and apply the autoclaved aerated concrete slab structure,the finite element simulation software ABAQUS is used to study the compressive performance and seismic performance of AAC slab wall model under different parameters.The main work is as follows:(1)Based on ABAQUS software,the constitutive relation of the material,the setting of model parameters and the establishment of model are described in detail.The rationality of the finite element model is verified by comparing the test results and numerical simulation results of the completed autoclaved aerated concrete slab wall compression test and autoclaved aerated concrete slab wall seismic test.(2)The compressive performance of 24 AAC slab walls was simulated by ABAQUS software,and the influence of plate reinforcement form,reinforcement type,reinforcement diameter,plate strength,plate thickness,constructional column,wall height width ratio,wall opening and plate arrangement order on the compressive performance of AAC slab walls was analyzed,The calculation formula of compressive bearing capacity of AAC plate structure wall is obtained.The results show that the main parameters that have great influence on the compressive bearing capacity of the wall are: plate strength,plate thickness,height width ratio and wall opening;The main parameters that have little or no influence on the compressive bearing capacity of the wall are: the reinforcement form of the plate,the reinforcement diameter,the type of reinforcement,the constructional column and the arrangement order of the plate.(3)The seismic performance of 13 AAC slab walls was simulated by ABAQUS software,and the influence of vertical compressive stress,different opening sizes,different opening forms and wall height width ratio on the seismic performance of AAC slab walls was analyzed.The results show that: with the increase of the vertical compressive stress,the ultimate bearing capacity of the wall will increase,but when the vertical compressive stress is too large,the displacement of the ultimate load of the wall will become smaller,and the decline speed is faster,and the ductility of the wall will be significantly reduced;With the increase of window opening size,the seismic performance of the wall decreases obviously;Under the same opening rate,the seismic performance of the open door opening wall is obviously better than that of the window opening wall;The seismic performance of the wall decreases with the increase of the aspect ratio,and the greater the aspect ratio is,the greater the decline is.The seismic performance of AAC slab wall and autoclaved aerated concrete block wall is compared and analyzed.The results show that the seismic performance of AAC slab wall is better than that of autoclaved aerated concrete block wall. |
