The civilization evolution and economic development of cities are inseparable from rivers.Urban riverside are often the most important development axis of a city,and the main urban population live on both sides of it.In recent years,due to urban development,the ecosystem structure of urban riverside has been changed by human activities,the blue and green spaces have been reduced,the ecosystem has deteriorated,and the sustainable development of the region has been threatened.In the context of the construction of ecological civilization and the promulgation of the Yangtze River Protection Law,this study selects the Wuhan section of the Yangtze River as the research object,introduces the theory of ecosystem services,builds an ecosystem service potential and flow evaluation system,and identifies low-value areas through a blue-green infrastructure network Optimize the blue and green space to promote the protection and restoration of urban rivers and the sustainable development of the city.First of all,based on the previous research system,this research screened the three categories(Provisioning services,Regulation & Maintenance services,cultural services)and five subcategories(biodiversity,microclimate regulation,water purification,aesthetic quality,leisure and entertainment)that fit the characteristics of the study area.Six ecosystem service indicators,based on Arc GIS and In VETS model for ecosystem service inventory analysis.The results show that the blue-green space with the highest habitat quality faces the most severe degradation crisis;the blue-green space contributes the most heat reduction effect;the urban area and agricland are the main sources of nutrients(nitrogen/phosphorus),and the mountains are mud The main contribution source and retention area of sand,the blue-green space is the main area for nutrient and sediment retention,especially the waterfront protection green belt downstream of the transport path is essential for nutrient and sediment retention and protecting the clean water system.Secondly,on the basis of the analysis of the ecosystem service stock in the study area,the researchers divided it into three categories: ecosystem supply and regulation services,ecosystem supply and regulation services,vulnerability to threats,and ecosystem cultural services.Relying on Arc GIS and QGIS software,through hotspot analysis to identify target points in high-value clustering areas,and analyze the accessibility of beneficiaries to high-value points to obtain the ecosystem service flow status of the study area.The results show that the high-value hotspots of provisioning,regulation &maintenance ecosystem service stock are mainly distributed in the suburban blue-green space.The reachable radius of 5000 meters covers about 1/10 of the population.The high-value hotspots vulnerable to threats are scattered throughout the area.The reachable radius covers about one-fifth of the population;the high-value hotspots of ecological system cultural service stock are mainly distributed in the central waterfront urban construction area on both sides of the Yangtze River in the city.The reachable radius of1500 meters covers about 1/2 of the population.Compared with the population distribution hotspot area,the population distribution hotspot area,namely the core urban area,receives the least provisioning,regulation & maintenance ecosystem services,faces greater ecological threats,but enjoys the highest cultural ecosystem services.The spatial matching between ecosystem services and the population is severely unbalanced,showing a trend of regionalized gradient changes.Finally,based on the evaluation results of ecosystem services flow,the upper plan,and relevant laws and regulations,the blue-green space layout of the six sections of the study area was adjusted and optimized,and blue-green networks and entertainment facilities networks were built throughout the region to balance the original ecosystem Insufficient service supply segmentation.In the future,long-term evaluation can be incorporated into planning management measures,integrating multidisciplinary expert teams,and refined framework indicators,data sources,model calibration to monitor the dynamic changes of the blue-green space.In the future,the evaluation framework can also be expanded in space and time to include different groups of people and different stakeholders in the ecosystem service demand side,so as to improve the evaluation of the ecosystem service flow,so that the blue-green space optimization can maximize the spread of the ecosystem service benefits,thereby It is more socially adaptable and convenient for sustainable management.
