Microwave ceramic filter is one of the key devices of 5G communication,and is one of the research hotspots of information ceramics;Silicon solar cell is the core component of photovoltaic power generation,Improving the conversion efficiency and reliability of the cell is one of the keys of photovoltaic technology.The metal electrodes of 5G ceramic and silicon solar cells are made by printing and sintering processes,and the electrodes have a direct impact on the performance of the devices.There is no unified test method for the electrode adhesion test of 5G microwave ceramic and silicon solar cell,This paper has carried out an in-depth study on the test method of the adhesion of silver electrode and the characteristics of the adhesion of the electrode,which has important practical significance.In this paper,the composition of the silver paste and the formation mechanism of the formation mechanism of the silver electrode on the matrix(ceramic,silicon)are analyzed,the adhesion force of the electrode is divided into vertical pull-off force and peeling pull-off force.The peeling pull-off force can directly reflect the attachment firm degree between the silver electrode and ceramic matrix.On the basis of electrode principle analysis and experiment,the enterprise standard of stripping force is formulated:”test method for pulling(peeling)force of silver electrode for information-function ceramic components”,standard number Q/SOMETAL01-2021.In this paper,the hardware and software of the electrode adhesion tester are designed.The tension sensor,signal amplifier and ADAM-4017+module of Advantech Co.,Ltd are used as the data acquisition components of the tester,the A/D conversion module has eight16 independent data collection channels,collection two analog voltage and current,and accept the two kinds of communication protocol Modbus and ASIIC yards,finally realize continuous real-time acquisition of adhesion of electronic components on the surface of electrode.Tester using the Matlab GUI designing software,completed the software interface design and the control program written,parameter setting,real-time data acquisition and data processing,and other functions.Paper studied the effect of adhesion of silicon solar cell performance and electrode several major factors:types of glass,glass composition,glass content and sintering temperature.The experimental results show that the Tg of Pb-Te glass is moderate,the solar cell performance is better,the efficiency is up to 19.9%,the average electrode adhesion is 2.99N.When the sintering temperature increases from 820℃to 910℃,the solar cell efficiency first increases to a maximum,and then decreases slowly.When the temperature is 850℃,the solar cell performance is the best,the efficiency is 19.98%,and the average electrode adhesion is 2.94N.At the same time,the paper also studied the effect of adhesion of ceramic filter media performance and electrode several major factors:silver powder particle size,glass content and sintering temperature.When the glass content varies from 0.8wt%to 1.25wt%,the filter’s Q0decreases obviously with the increase of glass content.When the glass content is0.8wt%,the filter’s performance is better,and the Q0reaches 2057.Although the electrode adhesion is smaller than that of 1.1 and 1.25 glass content,it also reaches a higher value of3.26N.
