| In recent years, plasma technology has been widely used in agriculture, including breeding, disease resistance, fruit and vegetable preservation, nitrogen fixation and so on.Among them, the green nitrogen fertilizer fixation by plasma has attracted much more attention. The modern nitrogen fixation industry relies mainly on the HarberBosch method, which converts N2 and H2 into NH3.Intensive use of fossil fuels is not only a threat to world energy security, but also a huge source of greenhouse gas emission causing serious environmental pollution. This has led to calls for a new nitrogen fixation technology, which is clean, green and sustainable.During the reaction pathways of plasma nitrogen fixation, fossil fuel demand can be greatly reduced. In addition, due to its unique physical and chemical properties, nitrogen fertilizer can be synthesized theoretically at relatively low energy cost. Therefore, the study of plasma nitrogen fixation is of great importance both from the perspective of application and development potentialThis article is all around plasma nitrogen fixation. To give full play to the advantages of the plasma itself, and respond to the concept of sustainable development,it can adopt a strategy of establishing distributed plants on the side of fertilizer demand and taking wind or solar as energy sources according to the actual condition. The plasma nitrogen fixation is significantly different from the existing nitrogen fixation technology,so there is a need to discuss the problems that need to be faced during the procedure, including development and improvement of plasma sources, absorption and dissolution of nitrogen oxides, detection of related substances, etc.First of all, with the main purpose of reducing energy cost, this work systematically studies and optimizes the factors affecting plasma discharge by comparing different nitrogen fixation plasma sources, discharge gap, airflow velocity and noble gas mixing ratio, and makes a preliminary exploration on how to promote the absorption and dissolution of nitrogen oxides in aqueous phase. In order to meet the requirement of online monitoring of liquid products, especially the dissolved components of nitrogen fertilizer in practical application,a detection method based on visible image processing is developed in this paper. The experimental results show that the detection effect of this method is comparable to that of the UV-Vis absorption spectroscopic method. It is good enough to reply in the measurement of plasma nitrogen fixation. At the same time,it has great advantages in simplified operation, practical applicability and low-cost testing. The advantages of plasma have not been fully exploited because there is no special plasma source for nitrogen fixation in agriculture. Before the large-scale application of plasma nitrogen fixation, both the breakthrough of plasma source and the improvement of absorption and dissolution rate of nitrogen oxides are the bottlenecks to be broken. |
