| In recent years,hot-bent glass has been widely used in developed smart phones.The chamfering process,as the last process of hot-bent glass shape processing,must ensure a high yield rate.However,during the production and processing of hot-bent surface glass,the rough will produce different degree of processing deformation and clamping deformation after the completion of the hot-bent forming and other processes in the early stage.If chamfering is carried out by using the processing program based on the nominal model,it is easy to cause the problem of poor chamfer width uniformity.Aiming at solve the problem of deformation error in the shape of hot-bent glass shell,a programming trajectory correction technology for chamfering of hot-bent glass shell for mass production is put forward.According to the production requirements of hot-bent glass shell,the chamfering process flow of hot-bent glass shell is analyzed in detail.The causes of processing errors of hot-bent glass shell are analyzed and the programming trajectory is corrected by means of on-machine measurement.In order to improve the processing efficiency of the chamfering process,the contour chamfering of hot-bent glass is completed by the sampling inspection method of equal number of pieces.In view of the application of on-machine measurement technology in the chamfering of hot-bent glass shells,an on-machine contact measurement system is established.The geometric structure characteristics of the hot-bent glass shell are analyzed,and two fast registration methods for position and orientation of the actual hot-bent glass blanks are formulated.Based on the characteristic points of the processing contour of the hot-bent glass shell,a measurement point sequence generation plan is formulated.The mapping method of measuring point sequence and the programming track is proposed.In order to ensure the processing efficiency of the adaptive chamfering of the hot-bent glass shell,a programming trajectory correction technology based on macro command compensation is put forward.Research on programming trajectory interpolation compensation algorithm based on the length of the block,by discretizing the hot-bent glass programming trajectory and separating it into contour processing toolpath and feed-back toolpath,realize different toolpath programming trajectory correction.Based on the above research,a software for macro compensation of hot-bent glass contours is developed.By compensating various toolpaths,the characteristics of the modified simulation trajectory are analyzed.Take the 3D contour chamfering processing of the hot-bent glass mobile phone backplane as an example to verify the feasibility of the adaptive programming trajectory correction technology for the hot-bent glass shell. |
