| Visibility is an important factor affecting highway traffic safety,and low-visibility weather will cause great harm to people’s production and life.Foggy weather will reduce visibility,especially the random and small range of fog will quickly reduce the visibility of the weather.Drivers encountering fog will become nervous and show bad driving behavior because of its sudden appearance,which will inevitably cause a series of bad driving behaviors.Traffic accident.In this paper,in view of the frequent occurrence of fog on highways in recent years,a new type of visibility detection system is designed based on the principle of visibility detection,that is,a freeway fog detection system based on dual-spectrum and multi-intensity light.The system has designed an algorithm to eliminate the backscattering factors caused by the noise of the photoelectric sensor element and its own mechanical structure,and its detection accuracy has been greatly improved,and the system is in cost,optical calibration,lens pollution processing,data transmission,power consumption,installation and maintenance costs have significant advantages.Firstly,the visibility and visibility detection principle are introduced;the visibility of the transmissive visibility detection method is introduced,and the insufficient detection method of the transmissive visibility detection method is proposed,and the lack of the empirical formula is proposed,and the formula is corrected;according to the visibility detection principle,the formation mechanism of fog and The mechanical structure of the dual-spectral fog detection system is designed in comparison of various fog detection methods;Secondly,based on the mechanical structure of the design detection system,the processor and sensor of the detection system acquisition system are selected;the system circuit diagram and solar battery power module circuit are designed;the appropriate compilation software is selected based on the selected processor and select Bluetooth and Narrowband Internet of Things is a data transmission mode of the system;the algorithm of each module of the system is designed according to system requirements;Finally,the noise of the group fog detection system and its mathematical distribution were studied,and the temperature drifting removal algorithm and the noise suppression algorithm were proposed;the rear scatter influencing factors of the test system were studied,and the removal and thermal noise suppression algorithm was removed.The visibility detection algorithm for rear scatter removal,the algorithm can improve the system accuracy.The field test results of the visibility simulation experiment cube show that the experimentally measured visibility uncertainty is less than 10%,which meets the visibility meter uncertainty requirement.The system can detect more accurate visibility values and can provide warning information to drivers. |
