| Transportation is the key to rejuvenating the country and the foundation for making the country strong.Moving towards a country with strong traffic has also triggered our thinking on improving the level of traffic safety.In order to improve the level of traffic safety,our country makes great efforts to study efficient and stable road detection methods,especially in bad weather conditions,for the detection technology of water,ice and snow on the road.At present,the detection methods of road conditions mainly include video detection method,geothermal spectroscopy method,piezoelectric method,and capacitance method.Compared with traditional technology,the use of optical detection method has great advantages such as fast,convenient,and low cost.This paper studies the multi-sensor detection of water,ice and snow on the road surface based on optical sensing.Based on the principle of multi-spectral road state detection,the road state recognition classification algorithm and the road state change process detection algorithm are designed.Firstly,the research status of road condition detection technology at home and abroad is introduced,the shortcomings of existing detection methods are analyzed,and a multi-sensor Road water ice snow detection method is proposed.According to the optical characteristics of water,ice and snow,the reflection,refraction,scattering and absorption of light in the medium are analyzed.The reflected light intensity model received by the optical sensor is constructed,and the influence of pavement covering material,the angle of light and the thickness of covering material on the reflected light intensity coefficient is discussed.It provides a theoretical support for the contact and optical detection of ice and snow in road water.Secondly,this research selects multi wavelength optical sensor,high-precision temperature sensor,humidity sensor,and takes the Smart Road Stud as the carrier to design the hardware structure of the device.This paper uses Lab VIEW software to design a road condition monitoring platform which can collect and process data in real time.This paper introduces the intelligent spike platform,including its communication mode,energy management scheme and application direction.Finally,a denoising method is designed to eliminate the influence of ambient temperature on the reflected light intensity data,and the calculation method of road reflectivity is given.In this paper,the multi-sensor detection device is used to carry out a variety of road state recognition experiments.According to the measurement results of the reflectance of the road covering material,and the analysis of the measurement results of the environmental temperature and humidity,a road state classification algorithm is proposed,which takes the reflectance and the reflectance ratio as the eigenvalue.The experiments of snow melting process,ice melting process and water freezing process were carried out,and the grey prediction model was designed to detect the progress of road change process. |
