Bisphenols(BPs),a typical Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals, are widely used in people’s daily life. Some studies have found that BPs has androgens and estrogen activity so that normal cell was destroyed.Besides,it is even related to the occurrence of chronic diseases.BPs has been detected in many places, but the distribution of BPs in polar regions is still under-researched.In this study, the method using liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry was established for the first time,to detect the concentration of 32 BPs in multi-media environment. Also, the database of 32 BPs was established using high resolution liquid mass spectrometry to qualitatively characterize BPs in some samples.BPs in multiple media of the Longyearbyen,Arctic, were analyzed, and the enrichment and amplification effect were discussed.Among environmental samples, the detected concentration of BPs in landfill soil was 3.7 ng/g.And in soil samples,BPs was with a concentration of 3.0 ng/g.While the concentration in marine sediment was only 0.18 ng/g.The concentration in the leachate(39 ng/L)was much higher than that of the river(0.28 ng/L).Besides,BPs in soil samples had the most types of detection, and 15 BPs with a detection rate of more than 50% were detected. The concentration in organisms of different nutritional levels was obviously different. The highest concentration of BPs was found in polar bears. The concentrations in fat, spleen, kidney and lung tissues were 939,1412,1211 and219 ng/g,respectively.The second was fish, and the concentration in liver and muscle tissues of sculpin was 96 and 1.4 ng/g.While the concentration of BPs in the liver of arctic gulls(0.36 ng/g)was much lower than that of fish.In invertebrates, the concentration was detected in a relatively low level, and the concentration of BPs in worms was 15 ng /g,in crabs was 7.4 ng/g,and the lowest concentration was in zooplankton, which was only 0.68 ng/g.Among them, the species with a detection rate of BPs greater than 50% in fish samples were the most abundant, with a total of 10 species. In addition, the distribution of BPs in different tissues of polar bears and fish were also explored in this study.BPA was tended to be more concentrated in fat, while 2,4,6-TBP was more likely to be remained in lung organs. For sculpins,BPs was more likely to be concentrated in liver than muscle, which was mainly related to the metabolic function of liver. The biological sediment concentration factors of BPA and 2,4,6-TBP in benthic organisms were ranged from4408-95896 and 0.56-44,respectively,indicating that BPA was easily enriched in benthic organisms, while 2,4,6-TBP was rather difficult. The trophic magnification factors of BPA and 2,4,6-TBP were 1.9 and 31,respectively,which was shown that in food web,the biological amplification effect was found in BPA and 2,4,6-TBP.Moreover,2,4,6-TBP had more obvious biological amplification. It could be explained that related to the octanol-water partition coefficient, the efficiency of intestinal assimilation in the organism and the metabolic capacity.
