In recent years,the strength of concrete is also higher and higher,but brittleness is still a big problem with the rapid development of concrete technology.This paper which aims at this problem discusses the improvement of brittle flavor of cement mixed with rubber powder from waste tire,and uses rubber powder cement concrete in basketball court through the method of combining theory with experiment.At the same time,the working characteristics of cement mixer used in the laboratory are also studied.In this paper,the slump,apparent density,gas content,compressive strength and flexural strength of 40 mesh rubber powder cement concrete samples with different pretreatment methods(no treatment,sodium hydroxide solution diffusion,wave collecting furnace treatment)and different dosage(5%,10%,15%,20%)and star standard ratio are studied.What’s more,the structure of the single horizontal forced mixer is improved,and the mechanical analysis of the new structure device is done by using Workbench to verify whether the device can work normally under the required working conditions.The effects of the new mixing structure on the materials(including particle contact ratio,particle dispersion coefficient)and the particle separation coefficient under different mixing processes are analyzed by EDEM2018.The experimental study shows that the performance of cement concrete mixed with rubber powder has changed.The slump decreases with the increase of rubber powder content,and the apparent density decreases.On the contrary,the air content increases.In terms of strength,compressive strength and flexural strength are inversely proportional to the content of rubber powder,while toughness is enhanced.At the same time,the pretreatment method of rubber powder also has a certain influence on the performance of concrete,among which only the apparent density has nothing to do with it.ANSYS Workbench is used to simulate the new structure.The stress,strain,safety factor and fatigue strength meet the requirements of working conditions and can be used safely.EDEM 2018 was used to simulate material mixing.Compared with the original mixing structure,the new structure has better mixing effect on materials,and the dispersion effect of each material is the best under the mixing process of cement wrapped sand and stone.
