| The wetland ecosystem,one of the three major ecosystems in the world,a wealth of service functions,a multifaceted environmental and material basis for human survival can be provided.The services provided by the wetland ecosystem to humans include,but are not limited to climate regulation,flood regulation,water storage,maintenance of biodiversity,material production,science,education and culture,entertainment and leisure.They are valuable resources for human survival and development indispensably.However,the pursuit of short-term economic benefits by mankind has caused problems,such as unreasonable development of wetland resources and inadequate protection.The service function of the wetland ecosystem was evaluated,and the benefits provided by wetland for human beings were expressed in a more intuitive economic form,so that people can not only see the immediate economic benefits,but also pay attention to the long-term benefits which was brought by the sustainable development of the wetland ecosystem.Chagan Lake National Nature Reserve and Da’an Nenjiang Bay National Wetland Park were selected as research cases.Based on theories of economics and ecology,a series of ecological economics methods,such as market value method and shadow engineering method,were used to evaluate and analyze the ecosystem service functions quantitatively of the two case wetlands.And compared the two wetlands,summed up the characteristics of the ecosystem service functions of the wetlands in the western part of Jilin Province,and concluded that the local wetland resources are reasonable scientific advice for protection and development.The main results of the research are as follows:The total value of wetland ecosystem services in Chagan Lake amounted to 4.91×10~9yuan/year,the largest value is the adjustment service function,which is 4.54×10~9 yuan/year,accounting for 94.1%of the total value;the second is the social service function,the value is1.44×10~8 yuan/year,taking up 2.9%of the total value;the third is support The service function is 8.68×10~7 yuan/year,only 1.7%of the total value;the supply service function is the smallest,5.81×10~7 yuan/year,only 1.3%of the total value;the nine secondary indices can be sorted in descending order of value as water storage>climate regulation>scientific research and education>biodiversity maintenance>soil conservation>material production>gas regulation>social security>water purification.The total value of the wetland ecosystem service function of Da’an Nenjiang Bay National Wetland Park is 4.37×10~8 yuan/year,of which the most valuable is the regulation service function,which is 4.21×10~8 yuan/year,accounting for 96.3%of the total value;the second is the social service function,which is 1.23×10~7 yuan/year,accounting for 2.7%of the total value;the third is the supply service function,which is 3.80×10~6 yuan/year,only 0.6%of the total value;the least value is the support service function,which is 2.26×10~5yuan/year,only 0.4%of the total value.The value of Nenjiang Bay’s 9 indicators can be sorted in descending order of value as flood regulation and water storage>climate regulation>scientific research and education>social security>soil conservation>material production>gas regulation>site leasing>maintenance of biodiversity.Finally,according to the evaluation results of the ecosystem service function value of the two cases,the dominant service function of the wetland in Jilin Province is the adjustment service,the greatest contribution is the value of flood storage service,mainly due to the wide range of wetland landscapes in Jilin Province,and the wetland area has a large amount of water storage,according to this characteristics,the corresponding optimization was proposed,and the wetland in the Western Jilin Province should be reasonably protected the existing resources,maintain wetland area;wetland water utilization should be improved;potential wetlands should be developed scientifically.Function,under the premise of protection,the wetland landscape can be specialized,and various measures should be implemented to maximize the value of the service function of the wetland ecosystem services in west Jilin Province. |
