| The autonomous deformation-coloration synergistic response of intelligent hydrogels is of great significance to broaden its potential applications in biosensors and biomimetic materials.At present,it is difficult to realize the autonomous,cyclic shape and fluorescence color coordination change of hydrogel based on only one stimulus response.In this paper,a bionic intelligent hydrogel system with autonomous,cyclic,reversible deformation-discoloration synergism was designed and constructed by using aggregation-induced fluorescence luminescence(AIEgens)and double-layer hydrogel,which was stimulated by chemical oscillating reaction.(1)The compound TPE-4N was synthesized by Mc Murray,nitrification and reduction reaction from benzophenone.Its chemical structure was characterized correctly by1H NMR,13C NMR and FTIR.Aggregation induced luminescence(AIE)behavior of TPE-4N in solvent system and pH buffer system was investigated.In addition,a novel depolymerization/aggregation induced luminescence(DAIE)system was successfully constructed by coupling the pH oscillator with TPE-4N.The oscillatory reaction driven DAIE system can exhibit reversible,autonomous and sustainable AIE behavior.(2)The polymer PEG-TPE-3N was synthesized from methoxy polyethylene glycol acetic acid(mPEG-COOH)and TPE-4N by dehydration condensation.The structure of the polymer was characterized by 1H NMR and FTIR,and the molecular weight of the polymer was determined by GPC.The AIE behavior of polymer PEG-TPE-3N in solvent system and pH buffer system was also investigated.In addition,by combining PEG-TPE-3N polymer with pH chemical oscillation reaction,the DAIE system of polymer system was successfully constructed.(3)The P(AA-co-DMA)gel and PDMA NC gel with different pH response were synthesized,and the structure and morphology of the gel were characterized by FTIR and SEM.Then,the nanocomposite hydrogel containing AIEgens(PDMA NC/TPE-4N Gel)was successfully prepared using PDMA NC gel as the carrier.The tensile properties of P(AA-co-DMA)gel and PDMA NC/TPE-4N gel were investigated.Through the mass determination method,the influence of pH value on the swelling and deswelling performance of P(AA-co-DMA)gel and PDMA NC/TPE-4Ngel was further explored.In order to realize the autonomous deformation and color-changing dual function of the hydrogel,the AIE luminescence behavior of the PDMA NC/TPE-4N gel containing AIEgens in different pH buffer systems was investigated in detail.Finally,the pH-responsive P(AA-co-DMA)gel and PDMA NC/TPE-4N gel containing AIEgens were assembled in a pre-set shape and combined with a pH oscillator,basically realized the autonomous,cyclic,and reversible deformation-color-changing dual-function synergistic changes of hydrogel actuators. |
