In recent years,with the development of economy,the environmental pollution has become more and more seriously,which is a great threat to human health.The wet membrane electrostatic precipitator is a kind of equipment to deal with fine dust and inhalable particles and used as PM2.5 treatment device.In this paper,evaporation of water film and dust removal efficiency under different working conditions are studied respectively with two kinds of plates as dust collecting electrodes.The specific contents of the experiment include: evaporation characteristics under four working conditions which are with no electric field and no wind field,only wind speed field,only electric field,both wind speed and electric field are studied respectively under natural conditions,and the effect of heating air inlet temperature on evaporation and dust removal characteristics under different evaporation characteristics is also studied.The evaporation characteristics and corona discharge characteristics are investigated in the conditions of flue gas with dust and without dust.Following experimental results are obtained:(1)Circulating water evaporation of two kinds of dust collecting electrodes can be strengthen by increasing the discharge voltage and gas temperature.The humidity value of dust collecting electrode made of grooved PVC is higher than that of carbon fiber cloth in the same condition.(2)Under natural conditions,with the increase of washing water flow rate and the increase of experimental time,the evaporation capacity,inlet and outlet humidity are increasing both for carbon fiber cloth and grooved PVC plates.The evaporation rate of carbon fiber cloth and grooved PVC plates is no change basically in the conditions of with only wind speed field and without wind speed field.However,in the condition of with only wind speed,the inlet and outlet humidity of carbon fiber cloth is higher than that of without wind speed,while grooved PVC plates is still no change happened in the above conditions.(3)Under the condition of with only wind speed,the dust removal efficiency of carbon fiber cloth is lower than that of grooved PVC plates after the water level of circulating water drops to 1cm.While,the dust removal efficiency of carbon fiber cloth is higher than that of grooved PVC board after the falling water level is 3cm under the same working condition.(4)The evaporation capacity,the inlet and outlet humidity of the two kinds of dust collectors of flue gas with dust are higher than that of without dust under the same discharge voltage.In conclusion,the interactions between washing water evaporation and particle removal of wet membrane electrostatic precipitator under different working conditions are studied.The comparisons between two kinds of dust collecting electrodes are also performed.
