The vital End of Train equipment(EOT)is used in a new train control system,which adopts a variety of advanced technologies to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the low-density and sparse railway transportation network in remote areas of China.The EOT is a key part of the system to realize the train integrity self-detection function.Since the new train control system is a typical safety critical system,its safety integrity level should also reach SIL4 level.Before putting it into application,it is necessary to test the function and performance of EOT,during which a large amount of test data will be generated.At present,the test results are mainly analyzed and evaluated manually,which requires high professional competence of testers,and the test efficiency cannot be guaranteed.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and evaluate the test results of EOT by automatic method.At present,Beijing Jiaotong University has established a EOT test platform.Based on the test result data generated by the platform,this thesis proposes an automatic analysis and evaluation method for the test results,and the corresponding software tool is designed according to the method.The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)A scheme for automatic analysis and evaluation of test results of EOT is put forward.Firstly,the vital EOT is introduced,including its structure,function and working scenarios.Then,the EOT test platform is introduced,including its structure and the test process.On the basis of the test outline,station diagram and transponder position table,the test cases are concatenated into test sequences according to normal and abnormal test scenarios.Then,in order to realize the automated test of the vital EOT,a test script is compiled based on the test sequence.Finally,the relationship between the test results and data is analyzed,and the overall scheme of automatic test results analysis and evaluation is designed according to the functional requirements of the automatic test software.(2)An automatic analysis method for testing results of vital EOT is proposed.Firstly,based on the analysis of message interaction between the vital EOT and other devices,a time sequence analysis method based on UML_CPN is proposed,including the mapping rules of UML message sequence diagram(MSC model)to colored Petri net model.Then,based on the analysis of the interaction process of the connection function,the data query function and the end of train alarm function,the corresponding UML message sequence diagrams were established.Then,the CPN model after mapping was established,and step-by-step simulation and state-space verification were carried out for the model,so as to realize the analysis of the timing of test results.Finally,the E-R model of interactive data structure was established to complete the data integrity analysis of the test results..(3)An automatic evaluation method for testing results of the vital EOT is proposed.In view of the evaluation requirements of function and performance of the test results of the EOT in the test program,four evaluation indexes are formulated in the principle of safety and high efficiency: the timeliness of data transmission,the accuracy of data transmission,the success rate of function realization,the passing rate of function testing,the accuracy of data transmission and the timeliness of data transmission.Then according to the TFN-AHP analytic hierarchy process,the weight of the four evaluation indicators are determined.Finally,the evaluation rules are formulated to complete the design of automatic evaluation method.(4)According to the method of automatic analysis and evaluation of test results,a tool for automatic analysis and evaluation of test results is designed based on Visual Studio 2015 and C#,and the test results data generated by the EOT test platform is taken as an example.The management and maintenance of database,automatic analysis of test results and automatic evaluation of test results are presented.There are 53 graphs,31 tables and 70 references in this thesis.
