The Research Of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Based On AHP Applicate In Drugs Process Validation

The production and sales of drugs are closely related to reducing patients’ pain,improving patients’ quality of life,ensuring the national health level and helping to realize the healthy China strategy.Process validation,as the "inspection and release" tool of drug process,will directly determine whether the future listed drugs can continue to be safe,effective and quality controllable.The traditional process verifier is one-sided,and there are two shortcomings: the influence of relevant factors is obviously insufficient,and the conclusion is insufficient to prompt the process risk in the later conventional production process.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to carry out the systematic research and development of process validation for the improvement of process quality.Firstly,through the investigation of the current situation and literature of process validation,the defects of process validation were found and the research objectives were defined.Secondly,the index system of process validation is determined,the theory,guiding ideology and principle are established,and the method of process validation is determined.Thirdly,through the analysis of the main factors affecting the YSJ process validation,the YSJ process validation index system is constructed.According to the established method,the YSJ process validation is completed,and the satisfactory conclusion is obtained.Finally,summarize the relevant research conclusions and understanding,and determine the direction of follow-up research.
