Study On The Ecological Countermeasures Of Household Electronic Waste Recycling In China

In China,the 2012 e-waste recycling industry report indicates that China’s total electronic waste has reached 11.1 million tons,about one fifth of the world’s total,ranking the first in the world.Electronic waste has two sides.On the one hand,electronic waste contains a large number of heavy metals and components harmful to human body and natural environment.On the other hand,electronic waste has high value,which makes it a major challenge for human society to balance the duality of electronic waste in a reasonable way..For a long time,China has not enough understanding of the duality of household electronic waste,and the simple recycling method causes great waste of resources and environmental pollution.Based on this background,this paper aims at the problems such as the imperfect ecological law of household e-waste recycling,the lack of ecological design concept of manufacturers,the limited level of consumers’ ecological cognition,and the disorder of recycling market.This paper takes the ecological countermeasures of household e-waste recycling as the center,based on the investigation and research,combined with the theory of relevant disciplines and the current situation of China’s e-waste recycling industry Based on the current situation of the ecological development of electronic waste recycling,this paper systematically puts forward the ecological countermeasures of domestic electronic waste recycling in China.The article is mainly divided into five chapters.The first chapter mainly expounds the main problems to be solved,the background,purpose and research significance of the problem.This paper reviews the domestic and foreign literature on the recycling of household waste,the existing problems and innovation of the recycling of household waste.The second chapter defines the related concepts involved in this paper,and expounds the theories of ecology,ecological economics and other disciplines involved in this paper.The third chapter is a comprehensive presentation of the current situation of household electronic waste recycling in Nanjing through the retrieval of the government portal,the query of relevant enterprise websites,the questionnaire survey of consumers and some field research.The fourth chapter analyzes the current situation of domestic and foreign household e-waste recycling ecology and the survey results of Nanjing household e-waste recycling ecology,and points out the existing problems in the process of household e-waste recycling in China from the perspective of various stakeholders.The fifth chapter from the practical problems,combined with the theory of related disciplines and the experience of developed countries,puts forward the ecological countermeasures of domestic e-waste recycling from the perspective of various stakeholders.
