| At present,AC coagulation technology is one of the most widely used particle coagulation technologies.Through the external electric field,particles collide with each other to form particles with larger size,which is easier to be removed by conventional precipitators.In this paper,the old equipment in the laboratory has been improved and a new charged coagulation device has been optimized.The coagulation effect of particles in AC electric field was studied by using the device.The experimental contents include:selected two kinds of polar configuration which are barbed wires between plates and a barbed plate between plates.Among them,barbed wires include two-teeth barbed wires between metal plates,four-teeth barbed wires between metal plates and eight-teeth barbed wires between metal plates.Barbed plates include a barbed plate between metal plates and a barbed plate between barbed plates.In this paper,four kinds of AC voltage,three kinds of flue dust concentration and four kinds of flue wind speed were selected to study the effect of wet electrocoagulation,and compared with dry electrocoagulation.The specific contents were as follows:(1)The influence of different coagulation parameters on dust coagulation effect under different polar configuration was investigated,and the results showed that for different polar configuration,there are AC voltage,dust concentration and wind speed that make the best coagulation effect;(2)Under the same polar configuration,in the range of inhalable particles,two kinds of optimal coagulation,dry and wet,were investigated.The results showed that the wet coagulation was better than the dry one;(3)The influence on the dust coagulation effect for two kinds of polar configurations which are barbed wires between metal plates and a barbed plate between metal plates was investigated for the range of inhalable particles.The results showed that under the wet coagulation,the polar configuration is four teeth barbed wires between metal plates,the pre-charge voltage is 40.0k V,the water flow rate is 250.0 L/h,the AC voltage is 30.0 k V,and the dust concentration is 2.0 g/m~3,the wind speed is 1.20 m/s,the coagulation efficiency reaches to the best.At that time,the volume percentage of dust in the range of 3.31μm to 5.01μm decreases by6.79%.In conclusion,this paper studied the dry and wet dust coagulation and parameter optimization under the AC electric field,which lays the foundation for further experimental research and industrial application in the future. |
