Concrete material is one of the most important civil engineering materials in today’s society which made inestimable contributions to the development and construction of human society.The emergence of concrete 3D printing technology,which combines 3D printing technology with concrete technology,provides a new direction for the sustainable development of concrete.In this context,this article studies the mechanical properties of 3D printed wall panel structure system and force performance of 3D printed wall panel.The main contents are as follows:(1)Two batches of 3D printing concrete cube test blocks and prismatic test blocks of different ages were designed.The cube test blocks are used to measure the cubic compressive strength of the 3D printed concrete in various loading directions,and the prismatic test blocks are used to analyze the relationship between the axial compressive strength of the 3D printed concrete and the cubic compressive strength.(2)10 concrete 3D printing walls are designed and tested under axial compression.The failure mode and load displacement curve of the specimen are analyzed.(3)10 concrete 3D printing walls are designed and tested under eccentric compression.The failure mode of the walls is analyzed by controlling the eccentricity,material strength grade and other factors.Change the size of the wall and conduct a compression test on 6 of the walls under the action of 40 mm eccentricity.The vertical load-displacement curve of the wall,the out-of-plane load-displacement curve,the concrete strain on the wall surface and the strain of the steel bars in the wall are carried out analysis.(4)According to the bearing capacity calculation formula of plain concrete compression members in the code for design of concrete structures,the compressive bearing capacity of concrete 3D printing wall is calculated.This paper analyzes the process characteristics of 3D printing concrete and the results of concrete material performance test.Combined with the design,processing and test process of the wall,the reasons for the deviation between the test bearing capacity and the calculated value of the specification are analyzed.In this paper,based on the analysis of the phenomena and results of wall test,the deficiencies of specimen design,specimen processing and test scheme are summarized,and suggestions for subsequent improvement are put forward.
