Ceramic materials have been widely used in many industries due to their excellent properties.With the widespread application of ceramic materials in various industrial fields,problems in the processing and manufacture of ceramic products have also emerged: In some industrial fields,ceramic products have relatively complicated shapes,and traditional ceramic production and processing modes are difficult to adapt.In view of this situation,the idea of applying additive manufacturing technology to the field of ceramic production appeared,and ceramic additive manufacturing technology came into being.Micro-flow extrusion forming is an emerging process suitable for ceramic slurry(or paste)in ceramic additive manufacturing technology.The disadvantage of the current micro-flow extrusion forming process is that the printing and forming accuracy of the ceramic product body is low,and secondary processing is still required after forming.The main manifestation is that the forming accuracy of the ceramic product body is low,and secondary processing is still required after the product body is formed.In the micro-flow extrusion molding process,the main factors that affect and cause the ceramic body forming errors are the printing errors of ceramic micro-flow extrusion 3D printing equipment and the extrusion silk accumulation error caused by the extrusion swelling of ceramic slurry.At present,the research on the forming quality of ceramic products in ceramic additive manufacturing mainly focuses on improving its compactness,and the research on the error of ceramic green body printing forming is relatively limited.In view of the problems mentioned above,the forming error of ceramic green body micro-flow extrusion is studied.In this paper,the research of ceramic green body micro-flow extrusion forming error is carried out from the printing error of ceramic micro-flow extrusion 3D printing equipment and the error caused by the extrusion swelling of ceramic slurry.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Error analysis of ceramic micro-flow extrusion 3D printing equipment.Multi-body theory is used to analyze the printing errors of ceramic micro-flow extrusion 3D printing equipment and establish the geometric error model of the printing equipment.(2)Error analysis of ceramic slurry extrusion and swelling.The finite element analysis method was used to simulate the extrusion swelling phenomenon of ceramic paste during printing,and to explore the relationship between the paste extrusion swelling phenomenon and printing process parameters.(3)Printing equipment error detection and ceramic slurry micro-flow extrusion experiment.The ceramic micro-flow extrusion 3D printing equipment was tested for errors,the ceramic slurry micro-flow extrusion experiment and the ceramic green body printing experiment were performed,and the theoretical analysis contents of the paper were experimentally verified.(4)Optimization of ceramic body forming accuracy.Based on the analysis of the printing error of the ceramic green body,the method of improving the precision of micro-flow extrusion molding of the ceramic green body is studied and analyzed.
