Prefabricated building is in a rapid development stage in China.It is expected that the newly built prefabricated building area will reach 1.1 billion square meters in 2025.However,the upstream and downstream enterprises of prefabricated construction supply chain are prone to "information island" and waste of resources.Some prefabricated building developers try to introduce green supply chain management mode.But in the process of implementation,there are internal and external problems,which make it difficult to promote the mode.One of the reasons is that the green supply chain management of prefabricated building is lack of motivation and incentive mechanism.Therefore,this article uses evolutionary game theory to study the incentive mechanism of green supply chain management of prefabricated buildings.In this article,the government,prefabricated building developers,consumers set out to establish three game models,to find out the key parameters and incentive strength that affect evolutionary stable strategy in the model.Finally,this article puts forward the incentive mechanism of green supply chain management of prefabricated buildings.First of all,this article analyzes the feasibility of green supply chain management in prefabricated buildings from the realistic basis.Secondly,according to the green supply chain management model of prefabricated building and the characteristics of prefabricated building,it is analyzed from the aspects of market,policy,economy,management,technology that the reason for the lack of motivation for the implementation of green supply chain management in prefabricated buildings lies in the imperfect incentive mechanism of supply side,implementation side and demand side.Then the article puts forward the incentive subject and object of green supply chain management of prefabricated building are government,prefabricated building developers and consumers.This article uses evolutionary game theory to establish three two-party game models: the evolutionary game model of the government and the prefabricated building developers,the evolutionary game model between the prefabricated building developer groups,the evolutionary game model between the government and consumers.Matlab simulation is used to find out the parameters and incentive force that affect evolutionary stable strategy of both sides:(1)Through the game analysis,it is found that the parameters that affect the evolutionary stable strategy of both sides in the model of government and prefabricated building developers are as follows:1)the government’s administrative and economic costs for the incentive of prefabricated construction developers,2)the social benefits of the government from different incentives,3)incremental costs paid by developers for green supply chain management,4)the economic benefits of the developers from different incentives,5)the social benefits obtained by the developer.Therefore,the government should reduce its own administrative costs,control the economic incentive costs,reduce the incremental costs paid by developers,and increase the economic and social benefits of green supply chain management.(2)Through the game analysis,it is found that the parameters that affect evolutionary stable strategy between the prefabricated building developer groups are as follows: 1)incremental cost of green supply chain management for prefabricated building developers,2)the additional benefits,3)the developer’s own losses caused by different management methods.Therefore,the incentive measures should be taken to improve the additional benefits of developers from green supply chain management,widen the income gap of developers choosing different management methods,and reduce the cost of developers implementing green supply chain management alone.(3)Through the game analysis,it is found that the parameters that affect evolutionary stable strategy between government and consumers are as follows: 1)the administrative and economic costs of the government’s incentives to consumers,2)the social benefits of different incentive methods adopted by the government,3)the psychological benefits of the government,4)incremental costs paid by consumers,5)the additional income and psychological income of the consumer.Therefore,the incentive measures should be taken to increase the revenue of government and consumers from green supply chain management,increase the psychological value of both sides,reduce the administrative cost of the government and the incremental cost of consumers,and control the economic incentive cost of the government within a certain range.Finally,according to the analysis of the incentive subject and object,the key parameters and incentive strength that affect evolutionary stable strategy,taking government as the main body and "policy,market,technology,talent" as the "four in one" as the "four",this article constructs the "four in one" incentive mechanism of green supply chain management of prefabricated buildings in China.This article has a certain guiding significance for improving the implementation power of green supply chain management in prefabricated building management,broadening the application of incentive mechanism theory in the field of prefabricated building,and realizing energy conservation and emission reduction in the construction industry.
