Abstract/Summary:
Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor(CSTR)is an important reaction device in the chemical industry,and the number of CSTR with large volume and strong exothermic reaction continues to increase.CSTR with dual-cooling heat exchangers(jacket heat exchanger and coil heat exchanger)not only increases the heat transfer capacity,but also brings operational redundancy of reaction temperature to CSTR.Based on the redundant characteristics of the heat transfer ability and the operation function in the dual-cooling CSTR,the Fault-Tolerant Control(FTC)of CSTR for cooling faults is studied,which is of great significance to improve the operation safety of CSTR.Aiming at the abnormal temperature and even out of control caused by the failure of the dual-cooling CSTR cooling system,this dissertation designed a dual-cooling CSTR temperature fault-tolerant control system based on the operational redundancy of the dual-cooling system.Based on the Artificial Immune Principle(AIP),a process diagnosis network is designed to realize Fault Detection and Diagnosis(FDD)of the cooling device.It also provides technical support for temperature fault-tolerant control of CSTR cooling faults.Based on the research of CSTR temperature dual-control and fault detection and diagnosis,the fault-tolerant control strategies of CSTR cooling faults and temperature sensor faults are adopted to design the CSTR temperature fault-tolerant control system,and it realizes passive fault-tolerant control of jacket cooling faults and active fault-tolerant control of coil cooling faults and temperature sensor faults.Finally,the validity of the designed fault-tolerant control system is verified by simulation.The research results of this dissertation prevent and reduce the risk of thermal runaway of CSTR caused by the failure of the cooling system,and provide an effective technical way for strengthening the operational safety of CSTR exothermic reaction,which has important engineering application value.
