Energy is an important basis for human progress,but with the continuous growth of population,the demand for fossil fuels is increasing,and the research of biomass energy has become one of the hot spots.Catalytic cracking process is the conversion of bio oil feedstock into high octane gasoline and high calorific value hydrocarbons with more economic value under the action of high temperature and catalyst.There are many kinds of catalysts that can be used in catalytic cracking.In this paper,Na Y zeolite was dealuminated firstly,and the modified zeolite was applied to the catalytic cracking reaction of kitchen waste oil,and the dealumination conditions were optimized.The best dealumination conditions were selected to further prepare rare earth modified DY catalyst and bifunctional catalyst,which were applied to the catalytic cracking reaction of kitchen waste oil to obtain liquid products and analyze the product composition.The results are as follows:(1)Taking the conversion rate,acid value,saponification value,viscosity,density,gas production and coking rate of liquid product as indexes,the optimum conditions of Na Y zeolite modified by oxalic acid were determined as follows:concentration 0.08 mol·L-1,catalyst preparation temperature 20℃,catalyst synthesis time 30 min.The optimum conditions of Na Y zeolite modified by citric acid were0.08 mol·L-1concentration,20℃catalyst preparation temperature and 30 min catalyst synthesis time.Under the optimum conditions,the conversion of liquid product was 49.97%,the acid value was 0.42 mg KOH·g-1,the saponification value was 11.69 mg KOH·g-1,the viscosity was 1.61 mm2·s-1,the density was 0.82 g·cm-3,the gas production was 3252 m L,and the coking rate of catalyst was 11.6%.Under the optimum conditions,the conversion of liquid product was 54.84%,acid value was3.61 mg KOH·g-1,saponification value was 9.75 mg KOH·g-1,viscosity was 1.63mm2·s-1,density was 0.80 g·cm-3,gas production was 1518 ml,and coking rate of catalyst was 7.8%.The results showed that the relative content of aromatic hydrocarbon,olefin and alkane in the liquid product was 43.57%,28.24%and12.69%respectively.The results showed that the relative content of aromatic hydrocarbon,olefin and alkane in the liquid product was 31.48%,32.09%and17.05%respectively.(2)La/DY,Pr/DY and La-Pr/DY catalysts were prepared.Based on the conversion rate,acid value,saponification value,viscosity,density,gas production and coking rate of the liquid product,the optimum loading amount of La modified DY molecular sieve is 2%,and the catalyst number is A1.The optimum loading of Pr modified DY zeolite is 4%,and the catalyst number is B2.The optimum loading ratio of La-Pr modified DY zeolite is 4:1,and the catalyst number is C1.Under the optimum conditions,the conversion of liquid product was 46.12%,the acid value was0.87 mg KOH·g-1,the saponification value was 16.85 mg KOH·g-1,the viscosity was1.42 mm2·s-1,the density was 0.86 g·cm-3,the gas yield was 6150 m L,and the coking rate was 14.0%.Under the optimum conditions,the conversion of liquid product was48.42%,acid value was 0.99 mg KOH·g-1,saponification value was 15.81mg KOH·g-1,viscosity was 1.45 mm2·s-1,density was 0.83 g·cm-3,gas yield was 7850m L,and coking rate was 13.2%.Under the optimum conditions,the conversion of liquid product was 46.05%,acid value was 0.59 mg KOH·g-1,saponification value was 12.61 mg KOH·g-1,viscosity was 1.44 mm2·s-1,density was 0.84 g·cm-3,gas production was 7350 m L,and coking rate was 16.6%.The results show that the relative content of aromatic hydrocarbon,olefin and alkane in the liquid product obtained from catalytic cracking kitchen waste oil with A1 catalyst is 57.14%,18.48%and 11.22%,respectively.The results showed that the relative content of aromatic hydrocarbon,olefin and alkane in liquid product was 49.57%,11.85%and27.79%respectively.The results showed that the relative content of aromatic hydrocarbon,olefin and alkane in the liquid product was 45.98%,16.63%and14.49%respectively.The acid value of the liquid product reached 1.13 mg KOH·g-1after the sixth reuse of C1 catalyst.(3)WO3-La2O3/DY and La2O3-WO3/DY bifunctional catalysts were prepared.Based on the conversion rate,acid value,saponification value,viscosity,density,gas production and coking rate of the liquid product,the optimum loading ratio of WO3-La2O3modified DY molecular sieve is 2:1(catalyst No.D2)and that of La2O3-WO3modified DY molecular sieve is 1:1(catalyst No.E3).Under the optimum conditions,the conversion of liquid product was 50.80%,acid value was0.79 mg KOH·g-1,saponification value was 11.42 mg KOH·g-1,viscosity was 1.43mm2·s-1,density was 0.80 g·cm-3,gas production was 7250 m L,and coking rate was11.6%.Under the optimum conditions,the conversion of liquid product was 50.00%,acid value was 0.44 mg KOH·g-1,saponification value was 11.72 mg KOH·g-1,viscosity was 1.36 mm2·s-1,density was 0.81 g·cm-3,gas production was 8250 m L and coking rate was 14.4%.The results showed that the relative content of aromatic hydrocarbon,olefin and alkane in the liquid product was 19.77%,16.27%and37.38%respectively.The results showed that the relative content of aromatic hydrocarbons,olefins and alkanes in liquid product was 21.26%,15.80%and44.53%respectively.When E3 catalyst was reused for the sixth time,the acid value of liquid product reached 0.87 mg KOH·g-1. |
