With the development of science and technology,higher and higher requirements on the quality of life and great importance to the safety and health of drinking water for people.However,from a global perspective,40% of the population’s safe water is not guaranteed and the situation of China’s water resources is also not optimistic.The harsh tap water environment has contributed to the vigorous development of water purification appliances industry,but water purifiers can meet people’s demand for safe and healthy water quality.At present,ultrafiltration(UF)and reverse osmosis(RO)are common water purifiers in the market.UF water purifier is easier to install and use,no need electricity,no waste water,no noise,large water flow and other advantages,thus in the early development of water purification by people’s favor.With the improvement of people’s requirements for water quality,reverse osmosis water purifier gradually replaces UF water purifier,which can filter scale and heavy metals in water,making drinking water safer.However,the reverse osmosis water purifier has problems such as trouble in connection with electricity under the cabinet,big noise,slow discharge speed and secondary pollution,which need to be solved urgently by the whole water purification industry.In this study report,a new household non-pump and non-electric NA no water filter is developed.Its effluent water quality is comparable to that of reverse osmosis water filter,and even some minerals are retained and the desalination rate is more than 80%.This water purifier does not need electricity.As long as it is connected to the tap water source,it can filter automatically and stop when the water is full.The purified water filtered from the purifier is stored in a 2.5 L large-capacity water holding cup,and there is no need to wait to fetch water from the cup.Since the water purifier does not need to use booster pump to pressurize,the operating noise can be as low as 27.67 d B(A).This study mainly includes the following contents:1)This paper introduces the background of the research project,expounds the pain points and development trend of the current water purifier,and introduces the working principle of the nanofiltration water purifier,so as to pave the way for the follow-up design and development of this research.This paper introduces the Pro / E3 D design software and ANSYS finite element analysis software for design verification.2)Introduction of water purifier.Mainly introduces the classification of water purifier and the working principle of nanofiltration water purifier,laying a foundation for the subsequent design and development of this study;3)Integrated filter design.This chapter describes the integrated filter element,including PAC filter element,NF membrane filter element and post carbon rod filter element,which can realize the filtering waterway through the internal structure.The details of the design of the filter element structure and the theoretical calculation of the compression of the sealing ring are described,and the ANSYS finite element analysis is used to simulate and verify the strength of the filter element shell;4)No power control module design.This chapter mainly describes the working principle of the non electric control module,which controls the float up and down through the water level,and the magnet in the float drives the opening and closing of the mechanical control valve to control the start and stop of the whole machine.This chapter also verifies the mechanical relationship between the float and the magnet in the working process through the mechanical calculation formula;5)Control module design.This chapter mainly describes how to control the start and stop of the whole machine by mechanical means,and verifies the mechanical relationship between the float and the magnet through the calculation formula;6)Product structure design.This chapter mainly introduces the design of water storage cup,shell,middle frame and other structural parts of water purifier;7)Test verification.The product is tested and verified after mold opening,mainly including basic performance,reliability and noise test,to ensure that the product design meets the technical design requirements of the overall scheme.
