In this paper,digital image analysis is used to study the characteristic parameters of recycled aggregate,such as the composition,proportion,aspect ratio,etc.And it is also studies that the workability characterization method and preparation technology of recycled vibration extrusion materials,as well as gradation optimization,fly ash,PVA fiber and water reducing agent on the performance of recycled vibration extrusion materials,and finally a regenerated double-hole specimen was prepared.This article first uses digital image analysis to find that the recycled aggregate contains four materials: brick,stone,ceramic,and wood,as well as the proportion of each component,perimeter,area,aspect ratio,roundness,compactness and other characteristic parameters.The characteristics of recycled aggregates were studied;then the influence of surface weight,vibration time and material exit time on the improvement of the consistency of viber consistency was studied,and the workability characterization method of recycled vibration extrusion materials was determined;then the gradation optimization was studied.The influence of fly ash,PVA fiber and water reducing agent on the performance of regenerated vibration extrusion materials,and the optimal mix ratio of the materials was determined.Finally,the preparation of regenerated double-hole specimens and related performance experiments were carried out to analyze the regeneration vibration extrusion applicability of materials in actual production.The specific conclusions are as follows:1.Through image processing and analysis of recycled aggregates,it is found that there are four main components: brick,stone,ceramic and wood.Among them,the content of brick and stone is relatively large,respectively 14.4% and 83.8%,indicating that this recycled aggregate is a kind of recycled aggregate with stone aggregate as the main component.2.Under vibration conditions,the recycled vibration extrusion materials are in a state of heavy flow liquid.The surface pressure is bigger,the material liquefaction time is shorter,the fluidity and vibrancy are better.After the experiment,it is determined that the surface weight of 15.3kg is used to improve the viber consistency experiment,which can accurately describe the characterization of regenerated vibration extrusion materials.3.The recycled aggregates which remove powders <0.15 mm can significantly improve the strength of the regenerated vibration extrusion materials.The use of fly ash instead of 20% cemented material will lead to a reduction in the strength of the materials.The water reducing agent is suitable for regenerated vibration extrusion materials,with a yield of 1.3% of cemented materials can effectively reduce the water consumption and increase the strength of the materials while ensuring the convenience.PVA fiber can effectively improve the early flexural and compressive strengths,but the effect is not obvious in the later period.At the same time,it can improve the molding effect of the materials in the actual production process.4.The regenerated vibration extrusion materials with the viber consistency value of10s~15s is suitable for the production of double-hole extruder.The components produced by using the optimal mix ratio of recycled vibration extrusion materials can meet the requirements of the national standards for compression,bending,and softening coefficients.
